Excellent explanation, I am a IME Nurse Observer, I prepare the clients and go with them to the exam. For some reason having a nurse during the exam encourages the examiner to be unbiased.

I went for an IME, I was very honest with the Dr. some of the medical issues I told him wasn’t in the report he sent to my representative, besides, the IME exam last less than 5 min.
