Hello, I have the following question: there are four different dimensions (28/28.5/29/30mm) of the Motor Mount do you know why ? Where are the dimensions referring to ? Thanks for your feedback. Thanks up front
Thank you for the build video. I'm thinking about building this to pull behind my Landy or i may have to build one of the vans. 3Dsets is a slippery slope!
@@rcprinter I decided on the buggy for my next 3Dsets print. I grabbed 4 different models on their black Friday sale. Both VW's and both Vans. The hardware from rcprinter should be here soon!
This certainly is the shu! That's canoe beach. The 3dsets build guide does a pretty decent job of walking you through how the electronics work in this build. If you have any questions, post in their facebook group (or ours) and you'll get help pretty quick.
I'm kind of surprised you didn't glue the hull together to make it more watertight. Any particular reason not to other then making it easier to disassemble?
I Love the idea of what you have here ... there is no other rc boat like this on the market today
Thanks! This was designed by the guys at 3DSets, you can print your own with the design files here: 3dsets.com/product/3d-sets-skippy-boat-trailer/
Another great looking build!
Thanks! 😄
i love the jet outbored motor🤩😄
Looks great! So cool!
Thanks!

They're all just such great projects that are so well designed. Do it!

That looks a lot like the Shuswap lake. Wish you guys would make a video explaining how to wire these things though.

On this build I just wanted to follow the 3dsets build guide and it doesn't call for glue. I might glue it someday tho and maybe epoxy it too.
Thanks for this great video are you also going to Build the Trailer for this Boat to Hook it up with your Jeep?
Maybe someday, lots of other projects on the go already tho.
Long time no see, nice boat
Thanks! Was a fun project.
nice build!! what filament and color is the copper color? it looks amazing.
yeah I love this color too. Its hatchbox Bronze. www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B015I1D3G8
that's so cool, NICE work! it must have taken for ever to design this, if you don't mind me asking which program did you use?
Hey I didn't design this one, I got the design files here: 3dsets.com/product/3d-sets-skippy-boat-trailer/

I would love to add this to my collection of rc boats.... But I don't have a 3D printert
Printers have come down a lot in price luckily.
If you ever want to mass produce the boats pieces as a whole boat kit to buy , THE WORLD would greatful for it ..... " i don't own a 3D printer " .
with❤ you can do anything
There must be something wrong with ESC/motor, It can't be that slow....
We upgraded to two motors eventually. You can check that out here: ua-cam.com/video/cxRsrUpsn7U/v-deo.html
Just give us a price for your invitation..... and we will pay for the true hobbiest
Sembra un po' pesante
yessir, she's a pig. You can install a second motor which I think would make it much more fun to drive.
Seems underpowered.
Too heawy and bulky
