I've only ever used a Vita once, but my favourite game on the PSP is Little Big Planet. It had an amazing single player campaign and a good level editor. It's a shame my PSP doesn't have internet.

The 2 errors with that kind of weird font, and a loading bar of asterisks. Are modded PsVitas. The normal ones with the bubble errors are normal ones. And the one with the GPU crash is when you have plugins in two places at the same time, like plugins in ur0, and ux0. Then gpu is overloaded, that's why it crashes.

You can have an error that says that the memory card data is corrupted and the card has to be formatted. The system then gets restarted and the memory card is wiped, and you lose all of your saves and games. However, the Vita works just fine.
And also, when an app doesn't want to launch, there also can appear an error message when you try to launch it from the LiveArea menu - "The app cannot be launched" followed by an error code. This happens after the console was turned off while installing the game, or when trying to run pirated games without knowing what you're doing.
I think mainly he’s focused on the more critical system errors, the ones that prevent the system from operating as it should, or at all.

The memory card one can happen if you drop your PS Vita. I’ve seen it with my eyes. Plus, if you restart it after the Vita boots after the error, your games come back. It’s simple.

What happened for me was, when I play my favorite games, sometimes it freezes that I can't even hard reset it. So I had to teardown the back, and replug the battery, and it works again.

The GPU crash can be very common with modded vitas. It usually happens with a bad sd2vita, plugins are installed in two places and running at the same time, bad cheat codes, even just the system overheating from being overclocked. But the CPU crash is very rare.
I can confirm, i got a sd2vita from aliexpress for like 2 dollars and i got a gpu crash while playing a pretty resource demanding game

I have my Vita for almost 6 years and I never had any errors even after modding it! I'm damn lucky with my vita.
I had one with sd2vita but it fixed itslef and I have my homebrew again.

The first error (0:55) happened to me like 2-3 times, and all of those tumes i was playing sonic all-star racing transformed, and boy did i get really scared. ybh i thought the ps vita would never boot up again,it took me like 1 month to continue playing it after every error

The first error can also occur on homebrew games if your ps vita is hacked. Most notably on the ps vita port of bully during save algie.

1:46 problem with Memory card probably, if you have a vita try to eject the memory during boot and you get it (or Maybe similar error look like "psvita Memory card ejected the system will be shutdown") in this case you have a "bootloop" something was messed up with fw file

I think there’s one Error you forgot sometimes in games if the SD card gets removed while The system is on it will first when you open a game that’s not a cartridge one it will say the file is corrupt second this also does something to photos where you can’t record or take pictures but But to solve this error take out the SD card well the system is off and then put it back in while the system is off and then try doing any of those and it should work

I got the serious error has occurred from removing the “SD card” while data was being transferred. Surprisingly nothing bad happened, probably extreme luck

You know what’s weird I was searching for this a few hours ago and what do you know you make a video on It
for the first vita error just try to hold the power button for about 10 secs and it should power off. go head and press PS + Power button + R at the same time for 10 or 30 sec, it should boot you to safe mode.

The CPU cannot crash, neither can the GPU. The "GPU CRASH" is listed incorrectly, as actually the graphics part of the system has encountered a fault, and causes it to restart as the fault has propagated as the GPU faulting causes other code referencing it to fault too.

There is also the blue light blink,i heard it's when you take out a game,but when it has a black screen,the console has a technical failure,and to repair that you have to hold the power button for 30sec and restart,this happened to me recently and i haven't been able to fix it :(

The vita gpu crash error is one of the scariest and worst day of my life, I think i overclocked all of my games wrong and i accidentally set it to full settings and whenever i started the game. My vita's still got the crash as always

I got the "An error has occurred" on my Vita once, thought it was done for as it wouldn't boot after, but I just had to hold the power button down for ~30 seconds.

My favorite PS Vita game is Persona 4 Golden. Thats the only game that i bought the Vita for xD
i have a couple more errors to add:
-there are a couple generic error code errors that have a xx-00000-0 format. some basic examples:
generic error/an error has occurred: NP-00000-8 (numbers vary depending on software that has an error)
file not compatible with the system: C2-00000-0
application crash/an error has occurred in the following application: C2-0000-1
could not connect to the network: C2-00000-3
the system also has a couple other errors that don't have codes:
this file is corrupt (occurs when a corrupt file attempts to be accessed, usually a video)
generic error/an error has occurred (same as NP-00000-8 and previously mentioned but usually with audio files)
could not send the message/message send error (occurs when you try to send a message to a psn account who either doesn't own a vita or has a hacked one)
there are probably more, so i'll be on the lookout.
0:33 yeah it happened to me too. Both bluetooth and WLAN lights blink and PSP beeps and turns off. Nothing serious at all, just let it cool down a little bit for some mins and you are good to go!

There is another error where if it can't load something on the memory stick it can say either, could not load memory stick.
Pd: and another one where it says the Memory stick could not be accesed and the memory stick indicator will be flashing.

You forgot the errors where you take out the memory card while the PS Vita is still on, and the one where after you reboot (from the memory card error, let it get to the start screen) then put in the memory card then reboot again (take the memory card out while it is rebuilding database) you get the first error, then the fatal error which will force you to reboot.

if PSP's memory card died during usage, the memory card light would also blink
Theres a error too on all vita models when you delete a system file in vitashell.
Then when you active your vita, its gonna say that memory card is corrupted and you "must" format it, but when you try vita just restart and ask you the same.
What you need to do?
buy a new memory card..
