I love that car. I wanna tell you how to do the mileage and I hope it helps. I don't mean to sound like a know it all, I promise you. So, since there are 60 minutes in an hour and we are talkin' bout "miles per hour", if you are going 60 mph, it will take you one hour to get to your destination providing that you travel at 60 mph the entire time that you are traveling. So, if you have to go 60 miles and you go 60 mph, you will get there in an hour. If you have to go 60 miles and you are going 30 mph, it will take you 2 hours to get there. I hope this helps!!! Sorry that you had to go thru this i have an Section 8 Voucher and I treat my home with respect and I make sure I keep everything great no damage and no problems because if anyone do any damage inside any homes the do inspections every year also the landlord does them also but you will loose the voucher and you will be charged for all damage to the property period!!Ppl who does the worst to homes that have an voucher Hurts ppl who don’t mess up homes…If any landlords that are reading this anyone who has their voucher for yrs don’t do damage because they still have it but new voucher holders u won’t know until the rent from another person!

I hate to see u break down I have two rental properties in oklahoma city, I know the feeling that u are going through it makes u wanna just sell the property, be done with it. Ive been a landlord going on 8 years strong. But u are doing a beautiful job it sucks trying to find the right tenant. But let me give u a little advice start doing property Evaluations every 4 months so u can make sure you stay on your tenants azz because sometimes they will do things thats not a allowed. But Keep in keeping on beautiful, your best is yet to come.💯💯🧡❤️💜💚
So True! When it comes to contractors. Drive the worse car you can find! I pulled up in my Model X and connector told me that the $2000 he tried to f me out of should be nothing to me because I drive a Tesla! Crazy

We haven’t had any complaints about flooring in the 10 years he’s been doing remodeling but I’m just curious now.
