I can’t wait to try this. I’ve been suffering from seborrheic dermatitis for YEARS. So embarrassing. Felt when you said laying on his shoulder and he gotta brush the flakes.
I'm so glad you posted this!! I've had this condition for over 20 yrs, so this info was very helpful and you explained everything well. I have been using some of the same products, differently, but now I can take my routine to another level. My scalp has improved greatly over the last 3 yrs and I've also been retaining length with my current routine. But.... My scalp still gets flakey and itchy. I remain determined to continue to improve my scalp health and take even better care of my natural hair. This video gave me hope.I have some more ways to go, so I'm really looking forward to the results of implementing of your suggestions. Thank you!
I just developed seborrheic dermatitis, and I have been having trouble. I just started my loc journey about a year ago and I don't want to cut my hair because I've always had a hard time growing my hair due to chemical burns I suffered from getting my hair permed at a salon some years prior. My hair has grown tremendously since I've started my loc journey. However the crown of my head is thinning and I'm afraid of my dreads falling out due to seborrheic dermatitis. This video is everything to me so I thank you for making this video.❤
Your hair is nice and shiny. My dermatologist told me to use Nizoral too. It works, but you shouldn’t shampoo after you use it. Maybe just use a moisturizing cream or conditioner.
Can we get a braid down routine 👀 cause I know certain braid gels flare me up. Do you just braid down w/ grease, conditioner, etc? Thank you for this video too 🤌🏾🎀

@@tempesttnikoleit’s the nizorole but it’s also the apple cider vinegar in the Head and Shoulders. It gets rid of the fungus.
I am so looking forward to this video and hoping that I can try some of these tips to help me and my daughters.
Let me know how its goes, and if they wear braids make they use like a rosemary mist and the sulphur 8 grease

I also have to go in and use a hydrating shampoo cause if i dont my hair will be so dry and brittle which will cause breakage on my hair
@@tempesttnikole ok I just thought it would wash off the medication from the nizoral.
Perfect!!!!
thank you
