You need to get it right 9 times, and based on all the seemingly random factors, I am of the opinion it is humanly impossible to get the blinks right. Testing in a vacuum (that is, not even trying to move or complete the encounter, just blinking the parts) I never got more than four in a row. Maybe I'm just not good enough. It is certainly possible. I do think it is very unlikely we'll see a non-TA run of this ever though.
While slayer is an absolutely fantastic player, this challenge WAS tool assisted. Not saying it makes it not impressive, but I can see why someone would dislike it. I didn't though.
I honestly just love the strategy you came up with like there was so much trial and error to come up with this exact route, not to mention the perfect execution it required. Bravo Slayer!

It is worth noting though too, you can do it without a macro. It's just going to be crazy inconsistent. Still a neat trick when you DO get it right though. All movement abilities work too. Like, shadestep, twilight garrison, double jump, etc.
