Christmas Pudding | TasteoftheSouthPacific

It's time to get festive and make some Christmas Pudding. This recipe was delicious, I had my pudding the next day drizzled with some warm homemade custard, it was definitely a sweet and tasty breakfast. I enjoyed preparing this recipe and will make one again for Christmas, hope you all enjoy!
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white flour
3 teaspoon mixed spice
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cup bread crumbs (french bread)
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup currants
1 cup sultanas
1 lemon zest (you can also add orange zest too)
1 1/2 lemon juice
1 apple
3 eggs
4 tablespoon molasses
Notes:
1) Leave pudding in pan for 30 mins or overnight
