I really liked this floor plan & color schemes! The two on-suite bedrooms on the ground floor are close together! They can be used as His & Hers Bedroom/Bathrooms! Other floor plans have the two bedrooms separated. I like the green, gold, ivory & black for a change! You get kind of tired of too much beige & brown!
Love the outside made of brick of house 👀 looks moreso as a stunning mansion throughout the inside of the home is gorgeousness shown by the attached 🎥 video showing. 👌

I’m from Orange County! Moved here 15 years ago I miss the weather and coast! Yes homes are relatively less expensive than California BUT property taxes here are higher!
What? Beautiful house and that price! For that money I can’t even buy decent studio that’s 600 sq ft in the Bay Area/San Francisco. I wish I could move to Houston but I love diversity and cuisine too much. Otherwise I could just pay cash and move it 😞

What a difference between states, i live in California and bought a new house in Vacaville for the same price as this one but no way as big and beautiful as the one in this video , I guess yo need to pay more for a better weather 🤷🏻♀️

Hey Norma, this house is beautiful! Definitely gives you a different flavor from the trendy "white cabinets" we are now seeing in most model homes. Besides that, the bathrooms are awesome and I loved how they flipped the color scheme in the primary bath. What color are the plumbing fixtures in the primary bath? The lighting wasn't clear...it seems all of the faucets were gold? Thanks for clarifying!
So many things don't make sense in that house, what is with that boxed in corner in the kitchen I mean you better be small to be able to reach in the corner.
