Also, this floor plan doesn't have the cookie cutter feel to it, kitchen layout, staircase facing back, and fireplace in dining. Very unique and thanks for sharing.

I love the duel staircase. I also love the master bath, and the fact that there is a his/hers vanity section, water closet and clothing closet. The shower is also set up with 2 shower heads so it's a his and her feature. Love, love this house so much😍😍
This house is wonderful, the interior is gorgeous as well, and it's valued at a reasonable price 1.5 mil, that's not too bad at all, I wouldn't mind living here at all.😍😍

Interesting kitchen layout with the islands running vertical and sink facing the backyard. It’s nice because it doesn’t block the path to the main living area, just flows straight through. The exterior would be nicer if they added a vertical staircase to go from the upstairs balcony to the first floor. The master bathtub is odd sitting in the middle of the room. The decor is very classic and pretty, they did a good job staging this home. TFS!!

Beautiful rich 👀 looking scene's shown in each area or room of the house that appears moreso as a mansion's scenes of richness for a beautiful and or rich person's to choose to buy to live in to enjoy such luxury.👌↗I'm not 👀 looking to buy, I'm just 👀 looking; but, my most favorite's scene's were the kitchen area; and the outside porch, patio connections to the gorgeous home.

Very nice home, with some interesting features. As a few have noted, the fireplace and staircase placement is unusual, as is two toilets in the master bath. The only other thing that is odd is the garage placement; it looks almost unusable for actual vehicles, it's way too cramped to be trying to pull in/back out. Maybe it's larger that it looks on video, but that would definitely be a concern for those that garage their vehicles. Very nice over all though!
Two toilets in a master bathroom is genius. I am female and quite frankly I do not want to share a toilet with a man., actually with anyone for that matter. Some Men tend to miss a lot and some of them forget to put the seat backdown. I love the his and her closets too.

This home is absolutely beautiful, I love the neutral color schemes and the neutral color decors / furnitures of the home, but my only complaint is the placing of the fireplace. The fireplace should have been in the livingroom / family room as a focal point, instead of being placed in the kitchen / breakfast area.

Granite or marble countertops are commonly used. If I’m not mistaken, the kitchen countertops are marble.

There were two areas you guys didn’t tour, one near the laundry and other near the guest room. What’s on either side?
Garages (both of the garages holds 2 cars). When filmed, both of the garages was used as sales offices.
