- I finally got Thanos, and I absolutely love him! This Zoo deck uses Thanos and his stones incredibly well, allowing you to overwhelm the opponent with tons of tiny cards and one very giant card.

@@Adrian890722 It's a meme card. Unless they remove Inifinity Stones, it's tough to play and make it happen. I have it and it's fun but it's not super OP.

Quinjet is an allstar with Thanos Zoo. Dropping free stones feels amazing.
There should be a Varian card art for Quinjet where it is the Thanos Helicopter.

I got thanos a couple days ago on christmas from a reserve too!!! I am not even series 3 complete so i felt really lucky. I made a slightly different thanos deck with collector, moongirl, mystic and falcon. I am missing beast and quinjet for your deck list, cant wait to give it a try after i get some more cards

Thanos was the first card I saved for with Tokens and while he certainly isn't OP, the deck is a lot of fun. Will have to give this version of the deck a try whenever I can get Valkyrie.
Valkyrie is such a strong card in this deck. Soul stone + valk combo wins one lane and spider man another
I also got Thanos from a cache, and he's a lot of fun. Happy about it, because I would never spend my tokens on him.
Thanos is my favorite deck. When he dropped he was in my shop and I spent the tokens on him we got for free. I would recommend a destroy deck with him since the stones still let you power up thanos so long as you have played them all and killmonger if a board for death is great to paid him with his waifu

@Average Dad I tried both Venom and Dethlok as additional destroy options and they were OK.

Ive had Thanos in my Shop pinned for like 2-3 weeks... wasnt sure... had 6k tokens but wanted to save, his deck seemed very fun and cool and combo'ish but i wasnt sure. last night i said f** it and bought him... well i wanted to go to sleep and played 4h of snap and today woke up and just wanted more. thanos is the reason. this deck is incredibly fun and has so many win cons, tools for differant situations... i play goose instead spidey and bast instead iceman otherwise the same list and it felt soooo good but is hard to play correctly.
Also its the first deck where bast and valkyrie also fit perfectly. bast with all the stones, hood, quinjet, beast, carnage.. blue marvel and valk dont get affected and kazar isnt that big of a deal. of often you dont play thanos so his downgrade doesnt matter. just be careful when u have the demon from hood.
And not only do blue marvel and kazar help valkyrie win a lane... the orange stone does to as it gives -1 to all enemys in its path :)

I’d recommend a destroy Deck (I call it Destroynos) since Killmonger is very common to run into.
Ever thought of getting a superhero themed art for the outro screen of Marvel Snap as well? You wouldn't need to rotate it for a while, and I'd totally look at Super Regis. Could have a radass name like "Frostmaster".

Onslaught Citadel doesn't effect the Quinjet for this deck unless you Beast a card bigger than a 2 drop I don't think.
I'm desperate for some kind of craft feature at some point because i'd love to play a thanos deck and it's just not feasible

Do pools stop really mattering after collection lvl 1000? Ive been pulling series 4 and 5 cards but I dont have all the series 3 cards.
You are guaranteed to get a series 4 card after a certain amount of reserves. You've gotten lucky with the series 5 stuff tho.
imo the stones trump thanos all day. I add him to many decks just for the stones as they can almost cheat at changing things for you.
Stupid question as a new player…I feel like after a few days I’ve hit a wall and no matter how much I win I don’t progress much without credits…so how much have you spent about to get a collection like this and how long have you been playing?

Since the power buff for Thanos is locked to the ongoing of the Power Stone, if you could somehow play them all and were to throw Power Stone on Bar Sinister.... would he get +40 power? lol

I can’t be that mad about it because so few people (including me) actually have Thanos but the utter lack of animations either a) tracking stones played or b) acknowledging the Thanos buff is utterly baffling to me.

Just opened Spider-man from a cashe and im quite surprised to see him in this list!! Do you find him useful? Is he something I should try to include in my decks even if they are not strictly control?

Its a fun deck. Try using it with absorbing man and lock 1 location turn 5 and 6.
Turn 4 Spiderman, into turn 5 professor X is quite annoying. Have won some games by opponents conceding because of that lol.

How can Thanos be a series 5 card? I've had him for awhile now and I don't have all the pool 3 cards yet. I don't remember buying him with tokens.
You aren't locked out of getting series 4 or 5 cards if you're pool 3 incomplete, it's not the same as pool 2 you can get them whenever.
It bothers my OCD that you're not centered on the camera lol. I want to see the full beard. Deck looks fun, I just need a thanos to try it out myself. Is there a decent replacement for Valkyrie?
I just move around in my seat a lot, sometimes centered, sometimes slouch down, sometimes too high.
Valkyrie is there to disrupt your opponent since the stones are usually pretty weak on their own. Some kind of wide buff card or disruption card could be a good replacement.

I spent all my tokens last week on Thanos and I am disappointed. He’s completely lackluster and anticlimactic. He has no animations or sound effects! Even Shocker and Cyclops have effects! Thanos should do something.
The Stones are kinda cool with their abilities and an 18 power card is nice if you get them all out, but overall not worth 6,000 tokens.

If you spend enough, you can grind it out through tokens. I have opened 2 in reserves. I am missing 2 cards total currently. There are people a little ahead of me, and should be completing their collection now or any day.
It is impossibly expensive, and only feasible for me because I can turn cards into money to fuel the beast.

@@TheShadesOfBlack Sorry I didn't mean grind like "play a bunch", I mean if you spend enough to max your daily credits and advance levels daily, you can grind out the spending enough to get enough tokens to catch up.
When the game first came out I thought it was a "you earn all cards without money quite easily and pay just for card cosmetic upgrades" game. It's a shame it appears it isn't that way.
Do your dailies and weekly’s and stop crying and whining because you’re too lazy to even do anything. Grow tf up and actually play the game. I haven’t spent a dime and I’m 2,000+ collection.
It is and it isnt as you cant outright buy cards you can only use money to either convert a certain amount of gold a day or roll more quests. You can pay to increase your progression speed. Which the progression system needs some tweaking. More collector tokens or cheaper price for cards or higher card drop chance frok reserves etc
How is this a tier 2 deck? I'm in tier 3 in terms of coll3cting cards and I'm still missing part of this deck

Why are these sorts of deck called zoo?
In regards to the "you wont get every card" statement. That's what is stopping me from playing the game; I do not like spending 1000 to 2000 credits thinking "maybe I'll get 1 or 2 cards". I really hope they do something about card acquisition - while the collectors tokens are... a thing... I've had a card locked in there for a few weeks and it really doesn't feel like it does anything. I like this game but I don't want to play it.
Their "card rarity" bullshit apologia is dumb frankly.
Especially when they have variants. Those are what should be rare & collectible part.
Ppl should be able to play with every card they want to. That's kinda the point of card games' constructed mode.
If u want ppl to play with what they exclusively open, play a limited/draft format.
Second Dinner have been responsive to the feedback in the past, so I'm fairly optimistic that they will improve this system. You can copy this message to the feedback channel of the game's discord if you like.
I wish I paid 80 on this rather than HS now I am kinda retired from Snap because my decks are now too goofy for my power level, I am 980 or something and my tier 3 decks are like a unfinished Destroyer deck and this janky Sandman/Electro/Hulks/Infinaut type of thing. Kinda getting killed right now, not having fun. I hate leveling in this game because it feels really bad to go on like a 10 loss streak and lose multiple levels.
Edit: sorry I should add that I am just blogging I don't mean this to be any sob story, angry at the devs story or need Regis to clap back, just blogging. I hope they make a 80 dollar card package so I can get cool decks someday and I want to come back but not sure now. Peace.
Brother if a game is asking you to pay $80 to try and remain competitive, it's not worth it. I've hit the F2P wall and i'm deciding if i want to continue playing without paying because there's no way i'm investing 6 months and $2000 to try and have a good collection of cards. That's asking far far too much.
