- Black Knight is Marvel Snap's newest card, and he feels quite powerful in a big Discard deck with Ghost Rider, The Infinaut, and Giganto!

Power Estimate: This deck felt very good for a day one build, landing at an almost 65% winrate for me. It can dump some really big numbers when things go well, and has enough backup plans to feel okay when they don't. I'll be very curious to see where the data lands on Black Knight and decks like this one after more testing, because it seems to have a lot of potential so far.

I'm a bit disappointed that the Ebony Blade doesn't have some animation when it forms in the hand.
But I'm really suprised how well it performs with Zabu.
what do you mean with „forms in the deck“? it only gets created in hand when black knight is already in play, if thats what you meant.

Yea I think they should slow down on variants and shift their attention on new/updated card animations

Just played a conquest match where a guy played a similar deck and I got a 4-22 ebony blade from mirage! I was like 😮

My day one BK deck was a riff on the Dracula Zoo archetype and it is surprisingly good. I'm coming off a pretty crazy loss streak at infinite and it's pulling me up from the depths. Much better card than it seems like people expected, at least in my meta.
turn 4 big ebony blade , and then turn 5 taskmaster seems kinda op.
and then you still have the Ghost Rider
turn 5 shang chi turn 6 shadow king.
And u only need to draw Black knight, sif , a big card and task. In proper order too. Yes yes pretty consistant very op.

Came back to this to say I've been using this since day 1 and it's still the best BK deck that exists imo. I kept trying to change things just to come back to the original list. It is so underrated. It aged really well, being an amazing matchup into Loki and Lockdown. Completely walks all over them.
Just hit infinite using this list. Super fun to pilot, easy enough to know when to snap/retreat. Thanks!

Hey Regis, almost every game you wanted to drop priority. So, maybe Ghost, instead of Sunspot, would work nicely 😊
I decided to take the plunge, and the deck feels really good. I'm definitely curious to see how it might get refined in the future, but it really feels solid right out of the gate. I'm a little bummed it took me the full 4 SLCs to get him, but eh, I'll be back at 4 before WWBN is out.
I got hit wtih a 4/40 ebony blade because of shuri and then taskmaster
Black Knight is so much fun! And it's bonkers when you get the cloning vats lol. You can put so much power on the board
Thank you for this video, I think Sunspot and Redskull slot is flexible to put tech cards like Armor or Luke, or you can put Black cat for guaranteed discard
Dang Regis still the fastest gun in the west for a new card video, I thought with the schedule change I might get a see a few more of the folks I watch with a vid out. Anyways fun deck built it tried it with armor instead of red skull chavez and giganto cause killmongers and shang had me worried and all 3 of those versions worked as well.
Seems like you'd want to replace Sunspot with Lockjaw. Even though you don't have amazing fodder for Lockjaw, almost none of the cards are bad to pull out.
They forgot the put a little text in the black knight card: When you have Black Knight in your deck you never draw this before turn 6, when your opponent plays it he has it on turn 1.
I was stuck at 90 and under for like two weeks and this deck got me to infinite. I don’t have zabu or red skull so I swapped zabu for psylock and red skull for doc Oc. It was really good
I usually get any card that fits into discard and I like the way Black Knight works but in Decemeber there's a spotlight week with Black Knight, and LDS (both of which I don't currently have plus the new card) so I'm just holding off trying to get BN until then
7-12 with -5 cubes. Honestly the most fun I've had losing. The highlights completely negated the cube loss.
So far everytime I’ve hit the ebony blade infanaut my opponent has just immediately retreated

Just now got black knight and while playing i got two black knight on board and i discarded infinaut and I got two ebony blade. In turn 5 i played ghost rider to bring back infinaut and in turn 6 I played 2 ebony blade with 20 power it was insane
This card was heavily HEAVILY disrespected by the entire community 💀

I'm incredibly torn on whether. I should open spotlight caches for Black Knight this week. There's three very good cards, none of which I have, but I despise playing Discard, which they all sort of fit into (Stature not really, but you know what I mean). It just feels like I'm praying for good draws the whole time and I get tilted when I don't get it - feels like the deck is more in control than I am.
If you don't have Modok I'm not surprised you don't like playing discard. I don't think Black Knight and Modok are going to be seen in the same deck a lot, but a traditional discard deck with Modok/Dracula/Apocolypse is a good deck.
It seems anytime you play Infinaut he is always in your hand

Very fun deck, I played 3 games without getting Black Knight xD but very fun nonetheless!
I think the deck with Shuri Taskmaster has more winning conditions and more consistency in case you don't draw the Black knight

How does sif work when you both have giganto and infinaut? Seems to always target giganto with me
Your video got me pumped so I gambled my only spotlight cache......and got the worst skin MODOK has, probably. Dang, that's a feelsbad. No offense meant for the artist, I just feel like it's one of those cases where you just stick with the default (or use the "old" season pass's skin, which is gorgeous and glorious)

It's a weird card, i think it is really good but i feel like everyone is trying to play him wrong, there is definitely a deck where he perfectly fits, people just haven't figured it out yet.
I feel like a basic discard deck kinda...some changes but I feel like that will be his home....maybe I dunno though lol

Buddy I will NEVER play this deck again, I got my missions completed but got the WORST luck with this deck, it was either zero combos and lost or when I did get something goin the opponent had the exact card to fuck it all up. I have never tilted so hard than when I played this deck, gonna start drinking now 😂

Might aswell just play regular shuri at that point. You need to draw black knight, sif, a big card , shuri and taskmaster in proper order just to pull that off. I mean, Hela casino tribunal has a better chance of achieving their combo than what you have suggested

Tell you something I hate,it takes a bit to get to a spotlight cache,and for people who don't have the cash to just outright buy black knight and hoping to pick it up from a spotlight and get there and get a variant of a card you already have,talking about pissing you off!,and it's not even a variant you even want ,stature?,I mean come on!.
