- After more or less of 6.5 months of stagnation while attending school, I'm thrilled to announce our trip to Lima, Peru. Our 3.5 weeks in Peru will chiefly be spent finishing off a teaching practicum at a private English school in Lima; however, our primary reason for selecting Lima is to have the opportunity to visit with Audrey's family who lives in the gastronomical capital of South America.

It will be my first time to meet Audrey's Grandma, Aunt, Uncle and cousin. And who could possibly forget about cute little Maki - the rambunctuous dog I've been hearing so much about.
Considering it has been over five years since I last set foot on South America my Spanish is in serious need of a refresher course. The truth be told I'm horrendous at learning other languages but that
Althiugh we're busy with school and family commitments our goal is to make as many food videos as possible along with some travel videos from Lima, Ica, Huacachina and other locations. In terms of Peruvian cuisine I'm hoping to sample Ceviche, Chifa, Pico Sour and many other traditional Peruvian dishes.
The primary purpose of visiting Ica and Huacahina will be to attempt sandboarding and to ride dunebugeys. Sometimes it takes having something taken away from you (in my case travel) to truly appreciate it. I plan to relish every moment we have in Peru. Please do come along for the journey.

Thoroughly enjoyed all your videos. Having watched you guys tour Lima and sample all those Peruvian delicacies, it finally inspired us this year to make the trip ourselves!!! After sampling the great food in Lima, I say that the hype is totally deserving!

We stayed a total of three nights in Lima (Miraflores) out of the total of nine days in Peru (also went to Valley Sagrado/Ollantaytambo/MP). My favourite place to eat was Costazul while my wife loved Punta Sal, the food, the view and the seabreeze... Did you guys end up trying the paragliding?
I don't have to wish you a good time because you make it happen yourselves... I'll be watching every episode....thanks

Creo que fue en uno de sus últimos viajes que Samuel aún seguía diciendo "tomate de salsa" en lugar de salsa de tomate 😅 ¡Qué bellos tiempos que pasaron por Perú y apostaron por hacer videos turísticos mientras disfrutaban de su viaje! mm liveonyates How exciting! The best advice would be to not carry expensive things with you and to not stay out too late at night.
I am peruvian lima is a little dangerous i advice you that If this is your first trip you only stay in place like miraflores because that is safe

Johnny Valencia Honestly, it´s never really that fun of an experience flying for that long. I tend to drink as much wine as possible with the hopes of passing out. When that doesn´t work I watch movies.
