Childress is focused on winning races with Reddick. If wants to win even more races. Childress needs to remove Dillon from the #3 car and get a better driver.

Someone needs to interview Richard and ask him why he didn't sign Tyler to a long term deal.

Childress is all puffed up about the situation. He's the one that didn't lock Tyler up long term. Kind of showed what he thought of Tyler.

Years ago I heard harvick say in an interview that he kept asking Richard to sit down and talk about a new contract but he kept putting him off. I'm thinking the same thing may have happened with Reddick. Bet he doesn't do that to Austin.

And that ended up being the best thing that ever happened to Harvick. I hope that Reddick can find similar success at 23x11!

I think Richard realizes or needs to realize, he needs to move on as well & avoid holding a grudge & just make the best of it, they haven't won a title in 28 years & this is their best shot since Harvick was in the 29.

Not winning the title. Not consistent. He's won 2 road course races. Should have won Bristol. No intermediate tracks. No superspeedways. Not ready for primetime.
There is no getting around it, no matter how many smiley faced interviews he has, he stuck it to Childress racing. It was unethical. Denny Hamlin also. EVERYONE in the garage will remember along with most long time fans, he's damaged his brand. He's a Weasel. So is Hamlin.

Those two sure didn’t interact much after his win. Embrace the situation and move on. Childress will find another good driver. If you wanted to keep him, a multi year deal would of been your best option.

Don't know what to say,Richard and Tyler will go on racing and both will keep on winning.I'm sure Richard feels let down,he invested a lot of time, money and faith in Tyler, and that is gone.Tyler had a great beginning in NASCAR,driving Jr.'s racecars, then going to R.C.R. and driving their racecars, and winning 2 Cup races. It is a cut throat sport at times, and this is one of those times.Tyler has to do what is in his best interest,he is a nice guy,a really good racer, but I wish things would have stayed like they were.Richard and Tyler would have Rattled some Cages together.

Face it people, Austin is not going anywhere. Richard is all about family and he will go down fighting for his family if that's what it takes. If I owned a team and my grandson wanted to drive my car, he would drive my car.... period! I own a business now and when my grandson graduated, he was automatically 50% owner. We are starting another business soon and he has a 50% stake in that business as well. Does he suck at the business we do now? Yes he does! Is he still 50% owner? Yes he is!

The management that represents Reddick should have been trying for a multiple year contract after the first win. Maybe Childress was playing it too close because of his youngest grandson. It would not surprise me if Childress tries to run Reddick off before the end of next year. RC looks like he could be a real SB if he wanted to be.
