So appreciate this honest, vulnerable conversation with Michael. ❤ Those of us who have lost loved ones when they're young can understand how it caused you to question the meaning and purpose of life. You have wrestled with your faith and worked through your grief. I love hearing from people who have been through the valley of the shadow of death and are still choosing to walk with the Lord. Thank you, Michael, for your testimony.
I can relate to Michael’s testimony SO MUCH. I’m at a stage in my life right now where I’m just…exhausted at every level and although I believe 100% in God’s goodness and the power & authority of His Word, I still find myself asking God, when? why am I going through this for years & years? when will this finally be over? I’m so tired. I’m also still very active in church and actively praying every day but similar to Michael, I’m checked out at times. I don’t know what else to do at this point. Anyway, thank you Lisa for this project. You have no idea how meaningful and impactful it is for people like myself.
This video podcast is probably the most healthy binging I've ever done. Grateful for the deep conversation. The Jesus people and people being pursued by Jesus out here need this content. GOTTA SAY THIS THOUGH...I replayed 20:18 to 20:26 too many times. "Lisa, you not gone lie" is a meme.
I'm scared that my comment isn't going to convey my thoughts and heart with this season of Jude 3 Project. Just know that I understand this convo more than I can express. Signed: I know The Struggle
Saying Faith disappoints is a contradiction isnt it? Consider this: If we are faithless. He reamins faithful. He cannot deny himself . 2 Timothy 2:13 Who ever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13 He is true to his promises, his word can be trusted, and everything he does is reliable and right. Psalms 33:4-5 👉 Then 1Corinthians 1:9 Then you must understand, that if God's making you wait youre in good company. They all waited: Joseph --- 13yrs Abraham --25yrs Moses ------40yrs Jesus---------30 yrs God's timing is perfect. I count it as joy whenever trials ( troubles ) get in my way 👉 James 1:2 Then search for a partucular scripture (s) to address that need and meditate on it. 👉 But they delight in the Law of the Lord meditating on it day and night. Psalms 1:2 Try it! You'll be surprised.
you threw out a lot of scripture but didn't really engage the idea. talking at ppl never helps. God is not a genie required to answer our wishes. i suspect they're referring to believing for smthng and it didn't turn out the way you desired.

Nope! Everyone has a different walk, talk and experience with God. We are not the same. Allow the differences, God Does.
