Not only do you show the solutions, but you also show some neat tips & tricks on how to make the process more automated and efficient, anticipating possible questions about the topic. Brilliant. Thank you for another great video!
nice video dude!!! I love the way you explain, even if I don't use obsidian, It's peaceful watch you. The more I see you videos, the more interesting they are.
Thanks! I appreciate your continued support! Reading the Extended Mind I realized how Templates are a super powerful tools to improve our thinking. Templates are a form of imitating, by having templates we can free up our cognitive capacities to work on the content and not bother with the form. The great thing is that Excalidraw and Obsidian offers so many effective ways to create and use templates!
I would like to use some of your extensions but not for obsidian. I made my own editor using prosemirror and integrated excalidraw there. I really appreciate it if you give me some help on how to use your extensions on my own editor. Love what you are doing
The plugin extensions heavily rely on Obsidian features and the Excalidraw Automate library. This is the heart of all the extra automations in the Plugin: github.com/zsviczian/obsidian-excalidraw-plugin/blob/master/src/ExcalidrawAutomate.ts , plus my Excalidraw package fork: github.com/zsviczian/excalidraw/tree/for-obsidian
no silly questions... If you want to custom pens, you need to go to plugin settings and enable custom pens under "non-excalidraw.com supported features" If you want to pin downloaded Excalidraw scripts, long press (about 2 seconds) on the script icon in the Excalidraw-Obsidian tools panel. For now you can only pin pens and scripts, not built in functions like (insert image, search, etc.)
This is real cool! I think my favorite method is the stencil method. Then you can share that stencil through the library later too!
You are very talented. Excalidraw is so useful! Thank you👍

@@VisualPKM Yes! Back in the day, my templates were so simple. They are so useful that evolution was inevitable.
🙏 Thank you! And great question. 👊
Is there a way to use graphing paper? Like a grid template or something. So many features, but I just want to have a grid for note taking in Obsidian.
GENIUS!
I am so glad you found this video helpful!

How do I get this sidebar on the right (on a Mac)? Sorry if it's a silly question, but I really don't find it...

For anyone wondering like me how to easily duplicate selected objects, hold Alt Button and drag the object/text.
I have a stupid question! What is this long vertical bar that you have on the right side??
I never saw this in my setting.
I explain it here: ua-cam.com/video/OjNhjaH2KjI/v-deo.html
