Dale you’re right this leather is amazing. I just received my MTO Dark Coyote Rough Outs last week and these boots are incredible. My first pair of Truman boots. Definitely not my last.

Love the Eugene sole. I have them on my oxblood double shot uplands! Would love to see them more or an option.
Great pair of boots
I have two versions of this mto. The upland 79 cap toe, matching tongue, structured toe, Eugene regrind, antique brass, 270 flat welt. 2nd iteration is 6 inch 79, plain structured toe, 270 flat welt, polished brass and Eugene regrind. I’ve found this leather does get a bit more nappy with wear but super durable and definitely completely waterproof.

I’ve personally found the Eugene soles very slippery. Looking forward to resoling my pair.

question. so i still never figured out what the boots that are two spaces over from your ear (viewers right in the video) . in-between the brown boots with the kilties and the red boots. they look like they are some kind of green marbled cap toe?
Is it a true double leather cap toe?
Are all the rough out leathers the same or similar. I just ordered my first pair of rough out, Evergreen Cheaha.

I still hate speed hooks. They also don't offer the 8" in enough leathers or something and there's no 10" megabuilt ones, but the thing that you never mention is the no tongue guard when you make your own?
It's a bigger pain in the butt when your laces pop out the thing, but whatever.
Yeah, that's still just a copy of an old army sole that I have basically no use for.
Why would I be working construction in UPLAND boots????

Yeah, I still haven't watched that interview, but I'm also still waiting for Rose to stop wasting time on stuff like Crocs and cut them open so I can see where the real fail points and such are.
