Hi! Thank you for the video. For the transportation, is it correct that we can pay for bus going to Sun Moon Lake and round the lake bus by Easy Card? And only need to additional pay if going to take the boat ride?

I am from Germany and will go to Taichung for an exchange semester next february. Really looking forward to it! I will try to learn mandarine. Is it likely, that people will also be able to speak English in Taiwan, for example in shops or restaurants?
