Excellent video. I have had a bad left hip my entire 36 years of life and it's pretty much unbearable now. I wonder if this is what's wrong with me :(
Same here (bad left hip, 37 years old). Complained about issues my entire life, went to regular chiropractic treatment, didn’t really help. Today I went to a orthopedic surgeon for a bad crick in the neck, described my hip, they took X-rays and bam - shallow hip joint on the left side (right isn’t normal either but not as bad as left). I don’t live in an English speaking country now so the words hip dysplasia were not used, but it was described as a congenital hip malformation which sounds very much like hip dysplasia. The neck is the urgent issue so not sure what she has in mind for my hip, but I would get it checked out. I don’t know what all the other doctors were doing - I had complained my entire life. Go to a proper specialist who will do an X-ray, not just listen to symptoms? That’s the only difference I can think of - other doctors were more generalists and this time it was a specialist. Good luck to you!
@@Satopi3104 did you find help for your hip? I have it too and I'm 33. Left side. My labrum is torn
Physical therapy is the the best option + a low inflammation diet to keep the joints feeling healthy and painless.
What did you do in pt?
Hello? I am a man living in Seoul, South Korea. At the university hospital, Hip joint CAM type was informed after surgery that if you cut more bones, you will get avascular ecosis of the femoral head, so you couldn't cut a lot. The doctor explained that pain after surgery should be lived like that for the rest of your life. Is this true?
What is hip dysplasia? A pain in the back side!
I just found out i have a hip dysplasia and torn labrum in both of my hips. Thought it was only the former. Doc said only the surgery can fix it. Has anyone had such surgery and recovered fully?
I have bilateral hip dysplasia. Hip pains from 40 years old, had hip resurface right side last year and will require other side in the next 18 months. Cartilage worn away but hip resurface was successful. Just need to wait for the other one
Hi i am from india my son suffering from hip please his report
I have had 11 operations on my hip and I am turning 12 in May. I feel like nothing works
Stay strong 💗💗
I have hip dysplasia also had my first major surgery when I was 12, worst pain ever, surgery helped a little, but now that I’m 33 , the pain is unbearable, I talked to the doctor to see if I can have a hip replacement surgery, but the doctor told me that, surgery isn’t possible because my hip is bad and surgery wouldn’t work, for now I have to live with the pain... it really sucks....
I heard something about cat boy dogs getting this so I searched it up
Aparently the child of Jeff G has this, boomer.
whenever the speaker pronounces an S I feel my ears are getting injured. Grateful for the mute button and captions.
What happens when you're 33 and discover you have hip dysplasia? :(
I’m 27 should I just leave it until it’s unbearable or have the bones cut? I’ve already broken that hip once when I was 15 I got diagnosed when I was 27 somebody screwed up. 😅
