I’ve heard so much about you in Amy, Alice, and Charmaine’s videos so it’s very lovely to see you’ve started your own channel! I look forward to watching your videos in the future! 💚
I just added a viola to my collection. I can’t wait for it to grow like this one. Also my hoya sunrise is showing signs of “sunstressing” bc it was so root bound
Love this video and your beautiful and healthy Hoyas. You have a great Hoya collection! I live in Charlotte, NC and I believe you live in Canada. Summers here in NC are perfect for Hoyas due to our high humidity. 😊. I let a few grow outside from Spring through October and they experience good growth. Happy growing and I hope we get to see your dog in future videos! 👌🪴🥰
Hello again, very pretty hoyas, I have most of them and couldn't agree more regarding how easy they are to grow 🌿. Great to see you feel more confident than in your first video 👏. Greetings, Irena
Hello Jing, brilliantly done and I loved seeing your Hoya’s. You have tempted me to buy a Nicholsoniae 😬 your looks amazing, even though it has root mealybug ! Looking forward to your next video 😊
We need an antithesis to this video of your hardest Hoyas to grow. I totally agree with ngg and heuschkeliana! I would also include crassipetoilata, Acuta inner variegata, and Bella Anneke buis as easy ones in my ambient humidity of 25% and 10w led grow lights
Oh yes, Bella varieties are easy and fast growing! Unfortunately, I don't have any in my care anymore because they become too unruly 🥲 but I definitely like the inner variegated one. Difficult Hoyas video will be on my video list for sure!
I resisted Hoyas for a while, just didn't want to be part of the crowd, but it was only a matter of time before I caved. Those silvers are sooo pretty. Hoping they become more accessible around here eventually. Another great video--keep them coming 👍
I'm excited to be getting my new Hoyas from you soon! The Walliniana UT 152 and Macrophylla Albomarginata! Thank you for your content and thanks to hearing about your website from youdontevengrowhere 🙂
Beautiful Hoyas, 🌿 thank-you for showing your mint coin with your silver dollar. It’s nice to see the similarities and at the same time the differences. Both are beautiful in their own way. 🌱
So happy to see your beautiful hoyas, would like to see more please. I agree that pacyclada variegated are easy and beautiful mine will flower soon. Would like to see all your variegated hoyas pls. Thank you for sharing your plants with us.
i love your mint coin! I am obsessed with making a full pot of one! can you make a video or more detailed on maybe trellising one? I am terrible at arranging them and making them look pretty and full.
Jing u r totally amazing with Hoyas! The viola surprised me the most! It’s definitely underrated ! Ur RHM141 is growing so nicely! Somehow I rotted mine 😆
Hoya’s are my favourites. The ones i find the easiest are the Hoya Mathilde such a fast grower aswell. Hoya Krinkle 8 another good one and the leaves looks like it has abs. I find Hoyas that you want to size up are the hardest ones to achieve like the Hoya Finlaysonii for example. Also the variegated Hoyas are kinda hard too the only ones kinda easy are the Hoya Carnosa princess and queen.
Keep ‘em coming Jing! We love your videos but not as much as we love you 😍! I find Hoyas difficult, I’m still learning after almost 2 years😅. I admit I’m better with anthuriums and philos.
Thank you for watching and that's so encouraging. I do find sometimes Hoyas seem to just have root rot for no reason, but I find they get dry damage in their roots much quicker than aroids. So I always find it weird when people say to treat them like succulents 🫣
Great video! Just subscribed to your channel ❤ Can you make a video on how you pot your Hoyas in pon substrate. I have been wanting to transport mine but I’m afraid to try it! Since you have such great looking Hoyas I’d love to follow your steps 😊
Hi Jing, just found out you are doing youtube, found and subbed. You have lovely collection of hoyas, and they all grow very well and healthy. What is the media, is it Pon? By the way I'm so happy you decided to do UT since I heard a lot about you from Alice and Sharmin. Thanks for sharing and happy growing.
You mean the leaves are folded? I've heard it might be too much light but I feel like it's genetic... My wayeriis are all quite flat and never really folds into taco shape...
@@planthappens yes. It is folded like a taco. Great description. Today I created a water wick setup to help maintain moisture. Maybe I should change the location of the plant as well.
I resisted Hoyas for a while, just didn't want to be part of the crowd, but it was only a matter of time before I caved. Those silvers are sooo pretty. Hoping they become more accessible around here eventually. Another great video--keep them coming 👍
Your Hoyas are all so healthy and beautiful Jing 😻 I’d love to see a tour of your plant room 💗
Hope I'll have time for my tent tour soon!

Great share!🎉 Beautiful garden❤
Thank you 🙏

Great idea! Although I find myself frustrated with trellis from time to time too... It takes some time for them to grow the right way!
Really enjoyed this video
Thank you 🙏
That Hoya welligiana is very striking with the white stripes on the leaves. The venation I mean.

Oh no I didn't know your RHM14-1 rotted. Let me.know if you wanna try again 💕

Hi, where do you live? I haven't seen most of those hoyas here where I live. I live in California.
I'm from the Vancouver area in BC Canada
@@planthappens 😃👍🏻
A lot of them are hard to find here in Seattle too. The Vancouver area seems to be an awesome place for plants!

Helliginiana I meant. Lol 😂
Hi... New friend here 💚
❤️❤️❤️
I wish the music wasn’t playing I turned up the volume to hear you but it just made the music louder.
Thank you for the input, I've since decided not to use BGM at all for my talking part. Hope you will come back for the future uploads 🌿
Does Rick have a UA-cam channel? What is his full name I would like to learn more about him.
@ricshoyasrhm is his channel!
Dang you just pronounce all the hoya names like it's nothing lol, I could practice all day but I can't 😅
I try but I always question myself lol
