@@laptopseniors Snowboarding injury about 15 years ago. As good as new. Keep up with your PT. Priority #1. You mentioned your bicep. I remember my bicep flopping and get cozy with my tricep for a couple days. It freaked me out but eventually corrected itself. The human body is amazing. Best wishes.

In my experience, food is quite reasonable in Portugal however rent can be crazy especially in major urban centers, e.g. Lisbon, Porto.
Am currently in Ecuador and rent, food and so many other things are so much more reasonable. Ecuador is not for everyone but should be at least considered for cost-conscious expats.
