@@jangb98 More recent studies have found that age plays a little factor in reaction time. Average fighter pilot age is around 40, they could all easily outreact Keria.
oner full sending it just to make smolder sleep the moment gumayusi went for the engage and keria ulting and healing guma immediately the moment he found the angle. absolute gigachads
Many people think that guma's 2nd engage was a mistake by him but what they dont know is that it perfectly sets up for the 3rd engage, in the 2nd teamfight almost the entire KT burned their flash just to escape Zeus' rampage or Guma's apotheosis that is why Guma couldnt find any success on the 2nd teamfight. Not to mention Oner's entire trust that Guma could turn it around in the 3rd engage was insane. He was the first to turn among all other members and even risk his life just to stop their only threat which was the smolder. And can I mention how broken Senna heals are now, 1 Q can send you back to half health with item, literally perfect for nilah a close range playmaking adc, probably only Guma can make this champion work.
I definitely forgot to mention how impactful Oner was in that first dragon teamfight. His double sleep onto Bdd and Beryl made that initiation so much easier for Gumayusi to find. The second teamfight did burn KT's summoners, but Nilah also had to burn her flash so it's still a big loss on T1's end imo.
No, the 2nd one was indeed a mistake. But Guma redeemed himself. There were still 3 KT members who had flash before the 3rd engage. So technically, most of them still had flash. What made Guma enter was because he saw that sera, mf, sej, and smolder all wasted their ult in an attempt to secure the dr. And then after that, KT tried to chase. It's not that most of them burned their flash, it's the fact that they tried to chase while having 4 ult down. Also, Pyosik's sej flash just hurts to watch. You're making it as if T1 planned it from the 2nd engage but we can see that all were retreating except Guma after that dr steal. This implies that what Guma did was not planned ahead but rather a reaction at that moment and good game sense. This is why they said that Guma "redeemed" himself. Don't get me wrong, that was still a sick play.
Stop glazing man. "Almost the entire KT burned their flash" LMAO only their bot laner burned their flash. Guma messed up the combo on that 2nd teamfight. Guma's great but saying that his mistake was a set up is just dumb as fuck. He redeemed himself on the 3rd teamfight, Caedrel and the LCK casters both knew it because the 2nd engage was not how Guma usually executes the combo. You're one of the reasons why people hate T1. You overglorify everything about them and even justify their clear mistakes because for some reason. Cut T1 some slack cause they're already dealing with so much pressure and making up stupid comments like that ain't helping on how people view them.
This play was so wild because everyone's talking about backing off yet the moment Guma engages kerria ults at the same time and they turn all because he sent it.
Yeah or else they would be down 2 ults for a bit so it’s either fk it and since they got the engage they prob got better chances there. Though baron and dragon were both down so it’s like not it was completely worth the risk. Still got towers though right after so it definitely came with some worth
When papa Faker is struggling, his kids step up to help him. That's the T1 way. Whether its TFT or SR Nilah's lifesteal/self shielding is really obnoxious.
These guys are such solid teammates with so much trust in each other. Guma turns the tide and Keria instantly ults whilst Oner just full sends it in without a second thought sleeping Smolder which IMO was one of the only reasons this play went well.
in the comss all of t hem are "back" except guma and patiently looks for an opening and goes in, and all of them instantly turns, you can't find it in sq
team comms are normal as other's pro team but t1's decision to make plays sometimes come first before the shotcall, and amazingly their team always ready for it truly skilled individuals guma literally did 0 shotcall before the engage and i bet many more of their plays were like that too > see the opportunity > go in > trust in your team to follow while doing the shotcall
I dont play league nor know anythiny of it, but i always watch their tournaments because its intense and fun, even if i dont understand what is happening. My question is why does T1 at 3:14 needs to contest? What is dragon soul?
after claiming 4 dragons a team gets a "soul", a permanent boost to statistics that depends on which type of dragon they killed (there are 6) KT had 3 dragons already meaning if they got that one they'd get a very powerful sould that would likely be too much to handle for t1
interesting. i expected faker to be the first to react to gumas reengage. well. he was the last. this and other "slight misplays" makes me wonder how well he is feeling atm.
keria always ready to follow guma, his ult was instantly popped when guma went in
That's that young blood reaction speed right there
I dont even think it was him being "ready" he's just too good that he reacts to guma instead of preparing it mentally beforehand
