Aerobic workout, core and abdominal muscle strengthening - with Bea Belényi.
Body Shape is an ultimate body workout with dynamic strength and fitness-training exercises. The class begins with warm-up activities in 10-15 minutes, followed by stretching of the major muscle groups to prepare our body for a demanding workout. This is followed by the ultimate full-body workout in 35-40 minutes. We use various equipments during our Body Shape class: hand weights, fit bands, fit ball, soft ball, and steps, depending on the preference and personality of the trainer. The dynamic and static strength training exercises are performed in different body postures, each with 2-3 circuit of exercises.
