Hi, I’d like to know which is the safest kind of limb lengthening surgery meaning which one is the least complicated? Because I’ve heard of Lon method, precice, and some kind of other limb lengthening surgeries that most likely to prevent from severe complications
Yes, technically, the bones are even stronger because they were broken. After removing the implant, your bone will regain its elasticity as before. The only challenge will be with the muscles and nerves, as they require a lot of time and effort to recover. This is why he is walking and running like this-it takes time for everything to heal fully
@@LSirius-v7c if you can run at 90% speed and be tall about 5 inches, which is more important for you. For me to be 5 inches taller is more important than to keep that 10% efficiency
@@Elite2235-q9z Sure go ahead if you are ready to go for it , I've heard this is the best team of doctors for such surgeries but do your end of research as well cuz the surgery and recovery mainly depends on your soft tissues . Tbh everyone can have a full recovery after height surgery. The proper key is lots and lots of physiotherapy after the surgery. Other things like machine therapies can help to speed the healing process. After you have regained most of your mobility. You can start to do some strength training and incorporate some plyometrics to strengthen the bones, connective tissue and muscles around the area. Most of importantly nutrition and sleep. And if you are really rich, you can do stem cells to boost the healing. Most of all its all hard work.
