I figured every car seat will have a slightly different install process, so I focused specifically on the bracket and what it offers

​@@kevinsgarageno, I mean you didn't fix the bracket to the seat in any way. You just pushed it through and that's it. In other videos, they use screws or a belt to stabilize it.

That's a bit dangerous for viewers who may think that's good enough to use that way.

That is what the carseats manual is for. If people can't figure that out then that's a bigger issue that they have.

This bracket has no other means of attachment. There are other models that have that feature, this one does not.

Is it safe? My car does not have an isofix point and i'm planning to install this bracket.

I personally think this bracket is safer to use than just the seatbelt. The seatbelt must also be used though.

These needs to be a belt to attach the bracket to the seat.

Not mounted directly to the chassis. Disaster if the car seat comes apart.
