Whoa! A huge tip of the hat and a hearty thank you! Hugely appreciated. And here's hoping for more 'bests' to come! Speaking of... hours away from episode 10 release. :)
This is absolutely cracking work! 👍👍 Edit: Just to add - this is going to be the ONLY channel that I'm subscribed to, that I'm actually enabling notifications for. Can't wait!
@@flatcirclehistory I'd give money too, but ever since Joe took Office, my SSDIB and Medicare have been cut back. NOBODY make political comments! Thanks 😊
Another outstanding effort! I notice with each episode my feeling of dread over what might come of all this increases. And yes, that V-22 is a death trap!
I listen to S2 Underground's "The Wire" and this series and sometimes I am uncertain which is which.... This series is fantastic and well thought through and I await each episode.
I only discovered this channel recently (thanks to UA-cam's mysterious recommendation algorism). I'm amazed by both the story plot and the realistic shooting of the fighting scenes. This to me is on the same level as Tom Clancy but with added benefit of computer-generated graphics. I'm hoping as the story evolves the (so far) 'regional' conflict in the Baltic Sea will turn into a 'true' world war involving China/Taiwan, the Middle East, and perhaps even the Korean Peninsula? Looking forward to seeing what comes next. Well done to the content creator(s) and keep up the good work!
Love the series, extremely interesting and very easy to see how such events could have unfolded that way just a few years ago, or perhaps in the future.
This is becoming a classic. Like I said I studied IR at Under and Post Grad at Keele and I really cannot fault this. I particularly like how he has characterised the series. Ant p uk teacher retired
Please make more videos quickly. I absolutely love them but I need to wait for around a month to watch each successive episode which is less than 10 minutes long. That is my only complaint, but the entire series is a banger to binge watch.
Great work John, as usual. This seems to me a sort of "bridge" episode. Between the previous ones, filled with tension when waiting for the NATO war machine to gear up, and the future ones, where I suppose we'll see fireworks. Soon, we'll see the fighting for Riga and Tallinn - it is going to be atrocious, I suspect. It is interesting, I think, that even in this age of very modern weaponry you still need that bit of luck to pull off maneuvers. Keep up the good work, and as for me, do not worry about taking your time.
Thanks, man. A little side note to the Sunderland story: that actually involved a bit more scene-building than what appeared in the shot. Its based on a street view of Marine Walk at the Six restaurant, but unfortunately the missile launch and explosions took too long, so you don't get to see the line of shops there off to the left. Never been there, myself, but picking specific locations for certain scenes is something I like to do.
Thank you. Greetings from US. Just had dinner this evening with friend who has family outside of Suwalki. I was educated on the correct pronunciation. 🙂
Amazing series and great quality... thank you for your hard work, the writing is very interesting, it reminds me of the style sensei Clancy used in his novels. I hope this goes on...
John your episodes go from strength to strength. Your depth of detail and passion for military logistics makes this incredibly special. I can see the Russian military taking your ideas very seriously. Do any Russians make views or comments on your work? ❤
This is the best WW3 story since "Red Storm Rising."
Absolutely brilliant.
Red Storm Rising was an awesome novel by Tom Clancy
I thought it had RSR vives to it too!
@@mikelock6743 I read it, until the book came apart. So I bought another, and I agree there's rsr tones to this
What a load of pish
I do believe each episode is better than the last.
Poor Chesapeake, she hasn't even been built yet and she's at the bottom of the Baltic. 😊
Excellent series! Keep them coming!
Yeah, I felt bad about that!

This series is great. Truly superb.
I can't agree enough
I've been meaning to send something for a while and this episode is the best.
Whoa! A huge tip of the hat and a hearty thank you! Hugely appreciated. And here's hoping for more 'bests' to come! Speaking of... hours away from episode 10 release. :)
Excellent work as always. I wonder when we will get to see how the conflict affects other continents and how the war itself will spread.
You have earned yourself a new subscriber. I found this series and watched every episode available up to his point immediately.
Each episode is getting better and better. Really great work and very much appreciated!
This is absolutely cracking work! 👍👍

Thanks - this is great work. Looking forward to the next one.
Thanks you!!
@@flatcirclehistory I'd give money too, but ever since Joe took Office, my SSDIB and Medicare have been cut back. NOBODY make political comments! Thanks 😊
"Ghost Fleet" was praised as the spiritual successor to red storm rising but this feels fare more deserving of that honor. Keep it up!
These episodes are outstanding and also chilling, as this could actually happen in the not too distant future.
Great series! Really enjoyed the perspective of both the local combatant/civilians and strategic.
Just discovered this series and watched all previous episodes, I'm hooked! Amazing work man, I'm hyped for the next episode
I have been waiting this for a while.
Another outstanding effort! I notice with each episode my feeling of dread over what might come of all this increases. And yes, that V-22 is a death trap!
Superb story telling, I hope you will also do a version here in the South China Sea where tensions is high.
coming soon.... 😉
This series is absolutely excellent
Bravo Zulu, Sir. 👍🇬🇧🇺🇸
A top notch production. You may argue about each individual scenario but there is a top class team here.
I listen to S2 Underground's "The Wire" and this series and sometimes I am uncertain which is which.... This series is fantastic and well thought through and I await each episode.
This is a very well written and well presented future war scenario. I am enjoying it very much. Keep up the good work.

Agreed, I hope that reality doesn’t decide to imitate fiction.
This is the best thing I've watched IN A YEAR! I watched them all back to back. Are there more?! I feel like I could do more.
Man you are doing fantastic work. The British narrator is also very good
I think the voice is computer generated, isn't it? But yes, it's an ideal narrator.
@@someusername1 oh yes maybe. Could be
