April 15, 2023 Yesterday, April 14, 2023, the bus driver of 655 or 651 from Bus stop 20, Airport bound in Waikiki turned me down with my name to ride free bus. The same bus driver at Kuwili Rest stop turned me down. I am to ride bus 20, 42, 2 for free.
The bus sucks it takes 2 hour to get from airport to waikiki every Friday afternoon on the number 20 bus.Thats the only bus they got from the airport to waikiki # 20
It should go from the place to another not go out of service early. One (1) time, there were three (3) incidents in one (1) day.

That’s not right its same situation the driver is late and so are the passengers
That's not fair. A bus that was supposed to come at 9:02 PM was out of service. Honolulu needs to investigate this problem.
Someone needs to fix it
Add another bus to shadow..15k a year..thats peanuts to the BUS COMPANY..this isn't the 60's
that's pretty crappy, this problem shouldn't happen ..period! you watch the fare go up now and that would just be a gready greasy cash grab
