The problem that I see with the homeless people is that most of them don’t clean up their mess and there’s a lot of them that have a shopping cart full of their belongings and someone of them abandon their shopping carts anywhere.
best to bear in mind that the 'choice' to become a bum is 'not' permitted in 'civilized' nations of the world and why? You go to jail for being a vagrant and you'll 'humiliate' your family...
Most Homeless People Don't Care. And They Have No Respect. It's Bad And Sad For Most Homeless People. Who Don't Have a Place To Go. But Camping Out In Front Of People's Businesses And On Sidewalks Is Not Cool Or Right. 😠
Ok as a houseless person in Portland. Myself I am self contained employed no drug or alcohol problem. However it's a mental health problem and drug problem. Some people can't function in the present system. So it's what they have and will take things too far.
I get tired of people trotting out their "victim" status as an accomplishment expecting to be rewarded. Jobs everywhere and the taxpayer ends up taking care of a bunch of grown up adults who make no effort. Homelessness has become a profession.
No it should not be. It's public property. Public. They are the public. You want to think they're insects or litter, but they're just as human as you, and the earth is just as much theirs as it is yours, so quit being so evil toward them.
@@shaggybreeks oh come on buttercup, what rock have you been living under -- sidewalks and streets are for 'human beings' and vehicles, not your damn druggy parasites. thank god this is coming before the High Court as it 'represents' hope for 'people' to reclaim 'their' property. as a leftist try 'pooling' your $$ with other like-minded leftist lunatics so 'you' can support them in 'your' yard...
Given the argument in the video that the makeup of the court changed, not the constitution, doesn’t that obliterate the original ruling. Doesn’t is just show that the political persuasion of the court is all that matters?

Most of these homeless encampments are essentially open, unregulated drug markets.
They don’t want to work for a living!

It sounds Unconstitutional to make camping on public property illegal. 📜🇺🇸✌️

You have no home? If you can’t get a job and home in America then you can’t make it anywhere….you people scare normal folks
Send them to the boarder give them a house, tell them to stop people from crossing, that is their job. Two things solved at the same time.
👀 🤔
Ronald Reagan closed the mental health institutions 😢
His predecessors could have easily done something about it but they were not interested!
What is the socialist Democrats doing about it??????

Who is saying homelessness is an accomplishment? Are you just punching down to make yourself feel better?
@@havable are you defending bad behavior, sure seems like it.

Also, your news station is absolutely awful at reporting the news.

We live or die based on the whims of a court. The Court itself claims that this is what the founders wanted.
