I don't believe even for a bit that this can work.
But... I have the same problem, and know we all are counting on miracles sometimes )
Personally I was advised by medics to use Minoxidil spray. Used for 3 months, havent seen any progress, dropped. May be should use at least for half a year.

Yeah I am sceptical as well but I'm going to try and hope for the best. I'll bring doing an update every 3 months
