Im sorry to say that table salt is more dangerous than pink salt Itz the Usage of table salt that have actually increased the thyroid patients n disorders. I prefer rock salt to pink salt which is much more healthy.

Really informative If u use organic coconut oil it will be better .i tried earths finest , pure and sure organic brands. Pure and sure is cheap comparing with other organic coconut oils
