    You might mention how you show where the masking is with the dots so you can see where you need to refine your mask

    I have a raw file portrait photo with shiny cheeks. How can I reduce this in Luminar neo?

      You could bring the same photo into neo as a layer, move it around and paint the shiny parts with non shiny from new layer. If you have affinity photo, photoshop or other program that allows frequency separation, I would do that
