How to make mugwort cookies

mugwort cookies
65g butter
100g of brown sugar
20g of mugwort powder
1 egg (50g)
150g of flour
1g of baking powder
0.5g of baking soda
glutinous rice
80g of glutinous rice flour
20g of starch
10g of sugar
150g of water
10g butter
Injeolmi Crumble
30g of butter
25g of brown sugar
30g of flour
15g of bean powder
40g of almond powder
1. Add butter and sugar at room temperature and mix.
2. Add all the powdered ingredients and mix.
- Make a big clump with your hands.
- Refrigerate it before using it.
3. Add butter, sugar and eggs at room temperature and mix.
4. Add all the measured powder and mix without raw powder.
5. Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour.
6. Put water in glutinous rice flour, starch, sugar, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.
7. Add butter and mix, then sprinkle flour to prevent sticking.
8. Divide it into regular sizes and make it round.
9. Divide the dough into equal sizes and make a circle, then wrap it around the glutinous rice distributed.
10. Place injeolmi crumble on cookies and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 17 minutes.
11. Cool the cookies out of the oven and transfer them to a cooling rack.

혹시 떡이 굳거나 하진 않을까용 ㅜㅜ ..?
저도 굳을까봐 한김 식힌 후 바로 밀봉해서 보관했더니 엄청 딱딱해지지는 않았어요~!😄
그래도 갓 나왔을 때보다는 살짝 굳은 느낌이 나기는 하더라구요..😢
