  • This is a luxurious miso soup with the distinctive aroma of maitake mushrooms and burdock.
    You can also substitute chikuwa for sasa kamaboko, which is delicious.

    [Ingredients] 52kcal per serving
    ・50g maitake mushrooms
    ・80g burdock
    ・30g sasa kamaboko
    ・250ml dashi stock
    ・1 tablespoon miso
    ・2 walnuts
    [Preparation]
    ① Tear the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
    ② Cut the burdock in half lengthwise, thinly slice diagonally, and soak in water.
    ③ Cut the sasa kamaboko into strips.
    ④ Slice the walnuts.
    ⑤ Add the dashi stock and thinly sliced ​​burdock to a pot, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 3 minutes.
    ⑥ Add the maitake mushrooms and kamaboko and simmer for about 2 minutes.
    ⑦ Add the miso and turn off the heat.
    ⑧ Serve in a bowl and top with sliced ​​walnuts.
