Thank you so much. My wife loves plants and I have no clue so I'm going to study these to connect with her and show her I care. Thanks!
Aw that’s so sweet, she’s lucky to have you. Maybe you’ll find that you love plants too!
hello guys i am an agriculture student and i made a list of 39 indoor ornamental plants, thanks for checking out: ua-cam.com/video/w9Vdo5mqrx4/v-deo.html
This video is excellent! I pick up so many plants from the supermarket and they're just labelled as green leaf plant. haha! Now I'll be able to take proper care of them all. :D :D
Thank you so much! I needed to identify the Janet Craig (labeling my plants). SO helpful 🤗🌿

Very educational thanks😊

I have this plant that only has green leaves and looks like a snake plant but doesn't have that variety of green colors then it got all droopy when I put it in the sunlight. Before it was standing straight and its leaves were firm but now it's just soft. I want to get it back to how it used to, what should I do?
Superb
Where is the best place to shop for these exotic plants
Hi Jamie, depending where you live you can find a lot of these plants for good prices at big box stores (Home Depot, Lowe’s). You can also check out your local plant nurseries for their houseplant section. If you don’t have many plant stores near you online is the way to go. Etsy and Instagram can link you to people willing to sell you a cutting of their plant! I’d look around a bit before buying a certain plant, so you know what is a good price in your area.
I just bought a house plant and I’m not sure what it is or how to take care of it. It’s really small and dark green with tiny white stripes and dots all over it. It is also kind of spikey. Please help me identify it. Thank you
Sorry I've just noticed this comment! It sounds like it's most likely a polka dot plant (Hypoestes phyllostachya) or nerve plant (fittonia). Both need bright indirect light and water when the soil is dry, they will wilt when they need water. The nerve plant will need slightly higher humidity, so you can mist it regularly. Hope your plant is doing well!
Hmm isn't there a website where you can enter in the various characteristics? I don't see my plant anywhere. It has oval leaves. The edges are comprised of small rounded lobes. The leaves grow opposite from each other on a main stem. It is beginning to flower and I'd really like to know what I have. Thanks.
There’s a couple apps you could use which can identify through pictures of your plant. It would also help to describe the flower as well.
Lipstick plant? Hoya? Christmas cactus? Thanksgiving cactus?
@@zoetyr8377 Nope none of those are even close. My plant has oval green leaves with small rounded lobes at the edge all around. The flower is just starting to reveal itself.. yellow.. maybe six petals. This plant is very hardy. Likes moderate sun and water. Leaves grow from one main stem on opposite sides and the flower is growing out of the top of the stem. Thanks.
Just why did you quit?
Where the aloe Vera at
