use cold water to cool down the plastic while revving
the old Porsche 4 cylinder boxer is the most stable engine design for this test look it up and try to recreate that at 33K
Try it like a real motor, oil tray on crank shaft and covers for the pistons.
We have the same dremel
I wonder if silicone instead of super glue would be better because it might take more vibration
song name pls ??

Try attaching the pistons better I have these engine's and the piston aren't attactched with anything but a ball joint the turning force is making the piston fly out it is not the legos breaking but it looks like it because it's going so fast it's the same thing f1 had to overcome to have motors to run at 14 grand easy same concept as if a weed wacker can run at 12 grand easy because it has one piston easy to pull that lightpiston back down but say a ford 460 motor stock can't run over 6000 or it flies apart due to the weight of the components spinning it destroys itself so I want to see what happens if you could somehow "reinforce" the piston and maybe the crank arms to have a stronger connection?
man, how about instead of using V engines, u make radial, like a ww2 plane. it can handle high revs, try it.
increase speed by placing a 2x4/6/8x1 plate bar with holes to maintain the pistons inside the motor , so they will not fly away
Lego engine vs honda civic engine
Just close I I have never even touched a Lego motor so I don't know much, but I would think that it would help if you closed off the cylinders.
it wouldn't really do anything, trust me i know
put something in top of pistons

@@redstonegod296 what?
Ik
Gotta go billet now, I guess, right? Call Dart. They can do Lego HEMI's.
In the V8 version the weak points look to be flex from cylinder heads and crank.
I suggest removing the Crankshaft Center (2854) replace with Engine Crankshaft (2853).
Use Connector Block 1 x 5 x 3 (32333) between each set of Engine Cylinders.
Technic, Plate 2 x 8 with 7 Holes (3738) for Cylinder heads. To try and keep the pistons from poping off, holes are to try and prevent air resistance.
Maybe some kind of dripper to keep oil applied to crank and pistons while running
Hello, thanks for this detailled comment !! Which engine do you think is the best to use for a high speed test: V2 or V4?
I would try the v6 as the Technic Plate I listed will fit perfectly.
I guess 10krpm is when the acceleration is big enough to rip the connection apart
glue all togehter
Well the first one before the oil died because of wear and heat. The ones here did not suffer heat or wear but part breakage. That is the actual failure of the parts themselves. The oil did help and do its job.
OMG IM SETH HARDIN!!!! I GOT ON HIS VID. Ok not impressed anymore.
This is why we have transmissions... no v8 would want to push more than 10k rpms
tell that to the lexus LFA
Use METAL pins in the piston rods, add an oil pan and try to glue few pieces together
Inline 6 motor is internally balanced let’s see how much better it will do!
try super gluing more pieces together so it might last longer
Try a boxer engine.
That is also my idea
do a torque test TO THE EXTREME
where do u buy these?
Noice
Look, don't use super glue, instead to increase durability of Legos use acetone! It will melt plastic and it will be super hard to remove them!
Attach the piston parts
Use some bearings for each piston in the crankshaft. Super glue the inside ring of the bearing to the crankshaft. Then attach the piston rods by super glue on the bearing(make sure the crankshaft has a wide interval for the bearing)
OMG Look AT ALL The distruction What the CRAP!!!!!😱😱😱😱😱
Superglue the parts that were falling off Into the brick there’s connected in
What's inside it?
I think you would need to make the piston heads fit tighter. Or maybe cover the tops of them
Put something to stop the pistons flying away. SOmething transparent
To increase the speed use a bigger battery and bedder mMotor
put a 2 by 4 brick on the cylinder so they dont fly
make it a bigger engine possibly meatel parts
Whats happening is the moter is getting overheated because of friction. Great attempt with the oil, but you need to build the motor with a FULLY functional and contained oil feature, like in a real engine. Also, you should have put the oil on the INSIDE, not on the exterior. Try making the motor in a concealed box, so the oil won't be going anywhere!
Anyone know where I can buy one of these?
did you ever find the bits that flew off?
i have the same Dremel :D
more plz ??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RIP lego motor
2
Where do you buy the parts
add a turbo
ill cool it down
Match 5 😂
can you show me hơ to build it?
its easy search up lego engine pistons and shaft
then connect them up its easy
then find some 4 by 2 lego pieces and stack em
you need axle so that the pistons turn accordingly
make sure they are snug to avoid chipping
my recommendation is to super glue a valve cover over the pistons for more durability
MadMoto yeah, super glue the valve covers on and make some kind of cage under it so the pieces don't go everywhere?
the piston heads would still break off, even with a valve cover, they just wouldn't go flying
Maybe block the round holes in it with 2x4 plates?
Put 3 motors at a time
u cant
it will rip up the axle
Why dont you cool the engine so it doesnt blow up
autoplay station what pin? It was just a weak ball joint.
autoplay station in normal Lego Technic engines, they use ball joints as con rods.
autoplay station if you look at the connection rods when the pistons fly off they have rounded ends.
autoplay station yeah, then either your conrods won't be able to move or you'll break a block or the crankshaft.
Going off of the other comments people are saying to make your engine strong get and more stable. So just make the whole dang engine out of metal!!!!!
Joshua Fulton aluminium con rods and connecter pins. That's all you need to have a stable high rpm Lego motor.
Do it with Rocket fuel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi I'm a youtuber
Hi i'm a youtuber too , and you sir has acquired a comment like
So am I!
there Is no such thing as v4 only v6 v8 v12 not v4
Your joking right?
Here Googled this for you en.wikipedia.org/wiki/V4_engine.
I have a 04 Doge neon Its a V4
Here found this for you.

Stick to legos...
Dragon gamer Saab 96 v4?? Ford taunus v4?
South336Victor there are v4 engines but the neon dodge has a inline 4 motor, not a v4
I'm sorry but I think you'r wrong
there is even an V2 engine en.wikipedia.org/wiki/V-twin_engine
Fake. Not 33k rpm
Scotty we need more power. Go to wrap 5
