I can correctly say she’s worth her salt as a investment advisor as her diversification skills are top notch/ I say because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 30 to 5O% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what her place and not just on some particular industries of my choosing. .

Lovely apartment, you could easily place a beautiful folding screen behind your sofa to do more separation and it would be pretty🌻 I use a cubby shelf with the pretty boxes that fir in a few cubby’s, looks pretty and more storage, the other cubby’s i have plants

Beautiful apartment. I love how you were able to make the work station, bed and living room all feel like their own spaces despite being in the same room. The kitchen looks nice but *so* small. You did a good job getting a good amount of counter space out of that.

bruh $600.000 can buy you 2 storey 3.000 sqft house in texas, but location wise (NYC) this is worth it. Also love how you manage the furniture, looks so cozy.
