- Imagine living your entire life without knowing love or a kind hand. Experiencing it might be kind of scary at first. In many puppy mills, the only touch given to the dogs is out of necessity, not love. These dogs have been rescued and are just learning about gentle touch and unconditional love. Some of the dogs really just don’t want anything to do with humans, but given time and patience, they will learn that it feels great to be loved. awww 😢I just adopted a puppy rescued from a puppy mill and he was the same way when I met him. He's coming around and i'm so proud of the progress he's making. I hope we can end puppy mills one day. Thank you to anyone who has helped these vulnerable dogs 💜

Re feral cats … I’m wondering if it’s been three years now and you’re still unable to “touch them”, maybe it’s kinder to spay/neuter them and release them like Flatbush Cats does with the adult feral cats they trap. Some feral cats just can’t adapt to normal ‘house-cat living’.
Flatbush Cats are usually able to help the kittens over time but resort to TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) for the adult cats that can’t settle down.
Three years isn’t long for a human but if a cat is still scared after that length of time, don’t you think it might be kinder for the cat to release it after it’s neutered? They don’t have as many years as a human; three years is a large chunk out of their lives to be unhappy and frightened. I’m not being critical; it’s just a question I have, that’s all.
It just breaks my heart that there are still puppy mills. Just look at these dogs and why can’t we stop the puppy mills. What is wrong with America.

It tears me up seeing what's been done to them. No animal should ever be afraid of any human . I always adopt and make them Kings and a Princess. I'm in the healing process right now...I lost my Ruger to a heart attack 💔 he came to me to pass in my arms and I miss him terribly 😔 they always come to me to be in my arms 💔 😢 they aren't dogs they are my babies and I love them so much that it does crush my heart 💔 when they pass on. Thank you all so much for rescuing all these babies and loving them ❤️ 💕 💜 they've been cheated up til now 😢
So sad that they are so confused about a loving touch and kindness. The future will show them more of this gentleness and they will understand that some humans are kind

Poor wee darlings, used and abused, so traumatised. Some dogs never get over this.... breaks my heart. Every dog needs a loving home, a warm bed and a happy life. Evil excuse for humans that treat dogs like this.

The Goldendoodle was shown twice with a "happy tail". It'll come around fast.
Some soft doggie beds would help a lot. They're STILL in hard cages!

I work at a dog kennel and we get rescues all the time. It is truly heartbreaking. The aftermath is devastating. It takes time to heal.

We rescued 2 puppy mill dogs last may, our other 2 rescue dogs have helped them to become dogs. They run and play now but still affraid of unexpected noises.
My heart is just finding joy that they are now in good hands and are thriving to learn love and care. May they all be adopted soon and live their lives knowing they have a home, a family of their own. Thank you for sharing. Your work rescuing animals is amazing. Thank you 🙏🏻

They will learn! Bless you for saving them! I hope to one day visit if I recover my strength after surgery. I have 5 dogs (4 rescues), and I probably should not get another dog at my age. But senior dogs are wonderful and I just might fall in love!!💜

This is just heartbreaking. Do you know how bad these animals have had to be treated for them to be scared of human touch? People really need to stop supporting these terrible "people." I need just one minute with these awful people and I will show them horrible treatment.

I adopted a puppy milk dog. It took 2 years but she finally got used to me. Best decision I’ve made
Ours watched us and the other dogs and moved closer each day! He was the best boy ever! No bathroom accidents he would gather articles to sleep with every night! He has grown into a sweet boy that still is afraid of thresholds and the car since we had a horrible dog groomer shave his beautiful hair! She said to get over it! She said I'm tired of puppy mill dogs owners acting like they are show dogs and need special treatment!

Pitiful to see a dog stop moving instantly when touched! My God these dogs have been mistreated terribly. The large poodle seems to like to get near humans, but the rest are so scared.......I hope the other dogs come through in time. 🙏

Please stop searching for the negative. These dogs all have blankets and beds. Just bc they’re out of sight of the camera doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Perhaps try looking for something good in the video.

See a sign for puppies for sale.... call them every day and nicely ask them to stop breeding dogs..... dogs that arent cute anymore are dumped at animal control......OFTEN Rescue your next best friend!

It's insane. My mother has a puppy mill dog some morky thing. Dog is as weird as they get. Zero interest in people doesn't know anything dumber then a box of rocks. It just exists and reacts. Zero personality
