But it will be a profit only if the construction is completed with in the estimated time...6 to 7 months (average time for a building of this size)....
If it goes beyond the estimated time... it's going to burn the engineer's pocket.....

Based on the quality of building construction, materials the rates may vary upto 2000 Rs /sqft. From my experience house construction cost has been increased up to 300Rs/ sqft compared to last year
