what would be the additional cost to raide my floor to fllor height from 10ft to 11 ft. ( 60*20 - 1200 sq.ft ) my contractor said 10 ft only but i need 11 feet.

Yes exactly.. we need that...believe me... it will be not less than 15 lakhs... approval for g plus 1 is almost 3.5 lakhs currently... sump for 10k liters is 2.5 lakhs.. septic tank fot 10k is 2.5 lakhs... bore is almost 2 lakhs for 300 feet... and these four items itself 10 lakhs minimum... there are several othere like EB , water tank, extra window, compound wall, basement etc etc... imagine u need 15 to 20 lakhs extra apart from 2050 sqft charge...

Design, approvals, Loft, kitchen granites, sink, water and septic tanks, compound wall, grill gate, additional taps, electricals, mosquito nets etc etc... I don't think it would cost less than 2500rs sft excluding interiors...
