Real talk, 90% of chiropractors have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Also if you go to a chiropractor and they use anything other than their hands, then it's probably not safe.
I've been going to a chiropractor for years now, who uses his hands but primarily an activator tool; he's also been to college to learn medicine and other health stuff (as I'm sure the other chiropractors at his practice have, too), and I would trust that man with my life.
I thought all chiropractors were like him, but the influx in videos of these absolutely absurd/insane chiropractors over these years was... certainly eye-opening, and worrisome.
my aunt nearly had a stroke some time ago when her chiropractor did some... Wrong shit to her neck. Whatever they did cut off blood flow or something. I don't think they're licensed anymore

Kinda depends on if you did your research or not, but most chiropractors are good at what they do. You typically just see the bad few because of how popular the expose vids are
