    I'm pretty sure they made some special edition die-cast cars for Mario Kart 8 deluxe but they weren't officially licenced with Nintendo. They also made several line ups of Mario kart Mcdonalds toys featuring karts and characters from Mario kart 8 and Deluxe.

      @@that_one_random_tree I didn’t cover the McDonald’s ones as they aren’t made of die cast, I didn’t know about the first ones though!
      I still wouldn’t cover them as they weren’t officially licensed by Nintendo.

    about the mk7 diecast, there are a few more than that one alone. One example I have is a metal mario variant, and I believe a yoshi variant. There are also cheaper versions of them in bundles, some having big wheels, some having gliders, etc.
    The reason you couldn't find them, might be because of their availability being from japan.
