I remember in Philly 11/24/09 they started Weekapaug "normal" speed, quick tempo, but abruptly changed into a really slow but super funky tempo... Felt weird at first since it was so abrupt, but it was a nice groove and I ended up really enjoying it
Been reading the comments finally fish fans Phish phans you guys are so intelligent and so witty and clever reading the comments is almost as enjoyable as listening to the band from Vermont and smoking spliffs and drinking beers I love you fish France you guys are awesome like even more awesome than I am and I'm pretty awesome and that's pretty awesome yes I Rastafari
My friend who turned me onto Phish refers to this concert as "The Shafty Show." I'd call it The Perfect Storm. Damn.
I’ve heard the complaints about the tempo... first, I assume they like changing some things up once in awhile, second, I will let them to continue to be the pilot on what they do. I’m just a mere fortunate passenger. I understand preferences, and that is fair, but I leave it to the professionals.

Damn the rain was coming down that night! Nice that they didn't need to end the set early!
It actually wasn't bad at all, just a light misting. The lights make it look much heavier, but it was just blowing in off the ocean on the warm breeze. Temps were above 70F even at night, so brief bouts of rain were more refreshing than anything else.
By the end.. it is straight fire. Mad layers of sound from Trey and the band. This is experimental stuff that not everyone loves but is fire if you are experienced. If anything they could have extended it a bit... But that is just my preference.
Crazy how 2021 they really took off, but you can hear the space shuttle preparing for launch in 2020.

How did you come up with that number?
I paid 2k for the ticket. 400 airfare. Didnt spend a dime on drinks or food that were all prepared or cooked to order. Sat by a pool during the days and waded through the ocean up to the stage whenever i wanted. For my first phish festival. Totally worth it

These dinner and movie shows you guys I've been putting on a awesome so awesome to get to go back all these years been a fan since 1996 got to see my 1st show in 1999Closest I've ever been with saint Louis in 2012I must feel like I gotten pages attention or like he's so meow remember standing there and then you all ended up playing 2001And the jam went on I love getting to see you guys that close I've wanted to get together and play music with you pyramid In 99 on tray's birthday Was the 1st time I ever decided that that's what I wanted to do with music I always drawn pictures of stages and drum sets and like the drums and played music and listen to the radio and after that night I took a whole new approach I wish I would have found more musicians that shared my dear would at least enjoyed the idea that tray has and you guys have with improv in just as long as you listen to the other guy not yourself you'll never run out of things to play I love watching people wonder what tray was laughing About when the loop kept saying dyan you all went ahead and started playing birds of a feather it was funny I couldn't shut the loop off Other people that had no idea what alupe was Anyway I thought it was cool but I knew it alupe wasn't why he was laughing

Haven't seen Phish since 98 & really wanted to try a catch a show or two this summer. But $200 per ticket...that makes me feel sick. I understand inflation & all, but Damn! I paid $15 for my first few Phish shows. Oh how things have changed
tickets to most shows are $75
In 1998 a NYE ticket the night before the show could easily cost $600. If you see tickets for $200 now, it'a because you waited untill the day before a sold out show to but a ticket. Lawn tickets at MPP are $40.
@Josh Tosh to be fair, a gallon of gas was about 1.75 dollar a gallon when Phish started, now it is 3$ a gallon. so if phish tickets started out at, conservatively, 15$, then we should all be happy paying 35$ a ticket, i agree with you..but face value tickets, after additional fees, are 100$ a piece and up to 130$ at Eugene? so i am not sure WHAT THE FUCK YOUR MAJOR MALFUNCTION IS OTHER THAN YOU NEED A GOOD SWIFT KICK IN THE FUCKING ASS
