That store is amazing! I’ve never seen candle holders like that. Those are beautiful. I scored a beautiful carnival candy dish this week. Our thrift store here in my mountain town is super small. Your stores are fabulous in comparison.

The pink glass from smith looks like the depression ware. Grandfather worked at LE Smith in Mt Pleasant Pa for 55 yrs he lived directly acoss the street from the plant. He had a small beer garden called The Old Glass Horseshoe . I have so much glass from LE Smith and Bryce Brothers, beautiful.

The bowl just below the pitcher and bowl caught my eye. Wish I could have gotten a better look. It's definitely my kind of design. I could see using it for everday serving.

I agree those little candy dishes are so versatile. I like using them for condiments when having a party or friends over for a nice dinner. Creative out of the box thinking is a must to make the most of these great finds.
I got an even better deal on those Corelle dishes. Saw a Facebook Marketplace listing for free dishes. No cups. More plates (small and large) than bowls. But now I know how to price them! Thanks.

What great scores today. Can't find Corelle at my local Goodwills. Kinda sorry I got rid of my Corelle set 30 years ago but I was so tired of the color after using them for 23 years. Oh how times and tastes change. 😅 I was given a brown design but the blue is more my color choice.

You find more in a few minutes than most can find in an hour.
I certainly wouldn't have passed up that crystal piece on top of the Corelle. I liked the modern feel of it to pair with the vintage items. Mixing vintage and modern is fun and eye pleasing. Makes for interesting dinner conversation around the table.

I get confused where Pyrex ends and Correlle begins. The pattern on those plates, the Spring Blossom aka Crazy Daisy, is a vintage Pyrex pattern, I have the casserole dish in that pattern. Yet, the plates are Corelle.
Correlle made items to coordinate with the PYREX. PYREX is cookware and storage!

Here in West Coast,most of the Goodwill stores don't have those incredible items.Glad I stumble into your channel...your new subscriber. I have that cut glass round platter and I love and use it all the time. But I think my favorite is the floral hummingbird tea pot. You definitely have great taste.
