He has been Worst advocate in the Supreme Court. Present cji is very good person and doesn’t hear any single adverse news regarding legal practice . His Woking style is very smart and polite . He wake up every day morning 3am and read all case files which are listed on that day .
I seen one time personally in the court . He had taken his files without attenders support . And earlier I was seen some of high court and district court judges they are not like him they feel they are boss or supreme . But the present CJI is totally different. CJI should give few minutes for him, the lawyer is also represents 15+students. And also lawyers are helping judges. He may be got emotional because of what's happened.Mathew sir already pointed out a fair points that ,we can consider this as prelims and conduct a main exam also . So can easily segregates those who qualified with unfair means. Its the easiest and fair way to finding the culprits. But I think court doesn't give him a proper chance so may be he get emotional.And he also a senior advocate so he triggered bcoz of that. And we all respects Chief judge of India. And there's no need of afraid of juditionary. Mathew sir has his fearless attitude, so i strongly believe he has strong points. When our education system is correptud,we can't trust anyone. in this situation , only way of segregation is a fair test with qualified students.Even though court doesn't order reneet, but atleast i thankful to Mathew sir for your valid points.Thank you so much.

As for the merit of the matter... if there was a leak then the right solution would be to conduct a retest as in this digital era, no one would ever be able to assess the impact of the leak as to how many students actually benefitted illegally from this leak across the country.
