Mr Sibbal every time seems to forget, presently he is only an advocate, of course very senior advocate, and has to follow the rules and regulations as deemed fit by the CJI, may be on the pleading of his opponents. It doesn't behove proper for Mr Sibbal that CJI has to assert and even a bit loud to make him accept to file an affidavit from his client.

'Your Honour' and 'Hon'ble Court' can be used, this change is a recent one. The older lawyers are just used that word for decades.
My lord is also titling towards monarchism. It's like calling someone King, Etc. Such monarchial titles shouldn't be used, especially in the Apex court of largest democracy. I've seen USA court session and none had "milord" in them. Noone is lord in India anymore.

Mr. Sibal talking about the right but what about responsibilities of the people for the last 75 years - stone pelting, no peaceful atmosphere, what about Kashmiri Pandits and the atrocities happened on them. After such horrible things done by the people arguing for their rights is injustice. People who ask for rights should live peacefully and should let others live peacefully. Whether the country is bigger or the constitution is bigger and the answer must be Country first and bigger then constitution and, if the country existed before the constitution, then the decision to abrogate Article 370 was absolutely correct. Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India, and some to its residents, especially Muslims, do not consider themselves Indian Citizens. So, those individuals who pose a threat to the country then there is nothing wrong in breaking the constitution in order to safeguard an integral part of our country would be justified
