Great update Tim. Love those sixties Ford pick ups. I've subscribed and bought Model Car Magazine for something like thirty years. Great Mag. Thanks for sharing and enjoy your weekend.
The T-Bird custom @10:21 was an actual 1:1, Tim. I've seen it. The roof line is '69 Torino, grafted onto a 3rd gen T-Bird, as you went on to report. I might check out your local hobby shop. Before retiring from Ford, I worked on Explorer/Mountaineer/Aviator SUV product development, and Louisville Plant was one of our assembly plants. Would like to go see Louisville Slugger downtown, and watch a minor league baseball game, something I could never get done when I came to the city for meetings at the assembly plant. What area of Louisville is the hobby shop in? I also want to get back to Lexington someday, where there is a diecast store and I've bought a few 1:24 fire trucks from them, among other things.
I shop at scale. Brian is great to deal with! I don't buy from model Roundup though. I buy from Chris at upscale hobbies. He won't Rip you off or delay shipping. His prices really beats model Roundup
Hi Tim, thanks for sharing the magazine content. I subscribed and should be getting issue #214 soon. Really enjoy your channel and look forward to your builds.
I am waiting for my copy, Bell's Merc, Pops 58 Impala and my buddy Shane's 39 Ford Sedan all made it in the NNL West coverage and Jason and Tim both made it under the coverage from Classic Plastic event! Great stuff!
'32 Tudor sedan by Revel is one of my favorite kits. It's about time to score one myself. The '32 Ford or the '36 Ford is probably my favorite car of all time. Georgeous lines, V8 power, straight axle and variety of body styles. Tudor, 3-window slantcab, 5-window coupe, roadster, 4-door sedan and the list goes on.
Good for Atlantis! I got a couple models from Ollie's, really low grade B29 and B52 w/x-wing , no details, 8 months ago, now they git all kinds of detailed models, I'll give em another shot
As for Scale Reproductions Hobby Shop. It is the only place I shop at. Great people and service. If I need something Brian gets it. Thanks for the videos!
I didn't know you ACTUALLY did the 24hr build off Tim!! I myself have been doing it now for the last 8-9yrs now!! I did the curbside build of the AMT 65 Pontiac GTO..it's painted a dark blue. Never finished it though on time
The Demon will be nice, but needs a better frame. Hopefully one year someone will do the 73' -- 76 plymouth duster. I like watching your video's. 👍 Thanks
I’d like to get that Ford pickup and put a utility body on it and either make a service truck out of it or an old fire rescue truck. Like you say Tim. It a great time to be a modeler. Thanks for another great video man. I appreciate what you do. Bruce in Wv!!!
