@@wam6465 go by how your body feels and the main thing is food. You need to be a calorie deficit and cut carbs and sugar. Food is the key.

Chest
Shoulders
Leg presses
Triceps
Pull day
Pull downs
Rows
Face pulls
Biceps. Dumbbell hammer and easy bar curls
I’ll add other exercises to those days depending on how I feel. I actually do lateral raises and curls in every workout 2-3 sets per exercise 12-15 reps. As you get older workout smarter. Leave your ego at home
