E46 M3 - Nogaro and Quick fit, problem with 4 point harnesses

4 point harnesses have a safety problem - they ride up onto your internal organs rather than sitting on your pelvic bones. This is not a problem specific to Nogaros.
Installed Cobra Nogaro seats, very happy with them. Quick Fit Pros issue is riding up, so I installed the substrap. Quick Fits come with ASM (anti submarining) so the substrap is more for keeping the belt properly across the lap.
Schroth substrap and Brey Krause substrap bar.
Make sure that the harness holes are high enough for your torso so you don't get spinal compression. Recaros are not for everyone.
Please use a HANS for your neck.
