- Members of infamous criminal gangs that had terrorised residents of Nairobi for years came out to speak and illustrate just how their victims were targeted and some even killed.
Strategically selecting their victims and robbing unsuspecting Kenyan’s from all walks of life, the reformed gang spoke exclusively to NTV in the hope that their stories would help change others still engaged in crime.
NTVs Investigative Editor Dennis Okari explored the lives of five young people trying to come out of a brutal, uncompromising underworld where a common bond forged on the basis of poverty, ambition and crime defines their lives.

Good job Dennis Okari. It may seem like crime is a choice but sometimes you're pushed into a corner, especially the youth, I can see how many can "choose" crime. Sad state of affairs that is not changing any time soon..

going through this, i wonder what I would say if I was a judge and this case was brought before me after these young people had confessed? truly according to law, they would be punished for their crimes even though they confessed. The matter of truth is that I would not allow them to rot in prison, they deserve another chance..
