Gearhead Fabrications invades Palm Beach International Raceway with three seriously badass Dodge Hellcats! These Gearhead stage 3 hellcats are still on completely unopened motor or transmission and rocketing into the 9's... baby seat on board and all! What makes it even more impressive is all of these cars are driven daily.

ClutchkickPJ unless someone changed parts or change the factory tune its a all oem car aka not modded. Doesn't matter what it does or doesn't have compared to other factory chargers/challenger.
That Racing Channel quick ? How well would the tranny hold up an can I use the stock belts or would I have to upgrade them
The Demon isn't solely good about running a 9, it's mainly that you can run it while being stock and still keep your warranty !

The demon is just a limited showcase thing. There are so few out there that most of them will be garage kept. The ones that strip often will 100% be modded. It’s just entirely over priced and more or less just a “for fun” package that dodge made for the rich guys that want something rare that isn’t like a Porsche or something like that

Dude Shark it's the first production car with a trans break if customers get the Demon and are able to crack off a 9 second run while still having a full warranty then this car is going to be worth every penny. To the guys that buy all the extras and plan on keeping it a garage queen it will be a very expensive car at Barrett Jackson in 30-40 years when it becomes a classic I garentee it.

@trc Were all these car's in the video on e85? or some using ms109, q16? I went 9.97 at 138 with 2.75 upper, 10% lower, id1000s on ms109. About to switch to e85 so curious. Thanks and awesome video!

+v10tt the only difference is E-85 fuel. Adds roughly 60+whp and 80-100tq more. Still 8xx whp range, but the tq helps a lot to move these land yachts 😁
Our stage 3 is 800+ HP with E85 its 860+ Torque curve shoots strait up
They make 816 on pump and almost 900 on e85

1.34 60ft was a fluke. He was cutting 1.55’s all day then magically cuts a 1.34 and his ET doesn’t drop? That should have been a 9.5 pass with that 60 ft.

the dodge demon is a stock car doing 9.6 vs a 900hp+ doing 9.6 or 9.7 the demon is almost bout the same price as the hellcats just a 20k more priced car where the hellcat u put more money to make it go as fast as a stock demon. facts dat way

Mark B well modded American v8 cars have been running 9s and better since way before JDM ever existed and probably before you were born. And 15 years from now this Hellcat will likely still be running 9s on the same engine and trans... Thats the big deal..
