Glad he didn't have the best receiver Combine ever. He was very fast but dropped a ball in the gauntlet and wasn't perfect across pass catching drills. It lowered expectations and allowed the Broncos to reunite Franklin and Bo Nix. There's a lot to be said for chemistry and familiarity and he should do really well with Nix.
I can't believe he fell to my Broncos in round 4. He does have issues with drops, though. I think he'll be amazing. Might need to beef up just a little.
I like Troy Franklin, I think he was a steal going in the fourth round, and I am a huge Broncos fan, so I really hope he does well. But, there are issues in his game that legitimately kept him out of the first round. He's had some drop issues throughout his career that the will need to clean up. And, unless he manages to put twenty pounds to his frame, he is going to struggle to play through contact at the NFL level.
I have never been a big bronco fan but now that they have bo and troy... and this man went in the 4th... I absolutely hope the 2 of them tear it up! Go get them ex ducks
Franklin was the steal of the draft! Fell to the Broncos! Insider at the pro day and private workout - Payton was impressed with the chemistry and how Franklin looked and that's why he traded up!
Even Steve Smith in his podcast saw him similarly, had him 7th best WR. Smith has been pretty damn reliable with his talent analysis. That being said, he definitely understands what Troy Franklin ISN'T, and that is a twitchy route runner, which is why, after the draft, he accepted that to the NFL he is a fourth rounder. While he doesn't agree, he can see why so many teams passed in him multiple times: teams aren't looking for the type of receiver he is. They want all rounders or twitch route runners, at least this year. Basically the viewpoint was that he doesn't run the entire route tree well, only specific things. But many receivers are like that, so whoever acquires them should understand who that receiver is and use them accordingly. If Denver needs a deep threat and someone to run posts and outs and understands floating in the zone, they got a great one.
I feel like I let you guys down this year with draft content/profiles but here is the story of Troy Franklin Jr!!!
Welcome to Broncos Country let's gooood 🦆🫡🐎
Denver hit a homerun on this pick
Grand slam with this combo
Finally some love for my boy
Troy Franklin is surprisingly still on the board going into day 3 of the draft
Absolutely shocked he still hasn't been drafted
My Broncos got him with the 102 pick. Welcome to the Mile High City bro

troys a baller
Really hoping my Titans draft him, provided they don't get Odunze in the 1st.
Looks like they got neither lol
Troy the 🐐

The way he plays he doesn’t need to add more size he’s like Devonta smith the slim frame is used to his advantage
Imagine that Nix and Franklin are both Denver Broncos 🤙🏾
the goat
DENVER DUCKS LETS RIDE
Isiah Williams is another underrated WR in this draft class
Can you make a video on Alabama s 2021 recruiting class

Can never forget Clifford Franklin
And staying with Bo welcome to broncos country
Payton about to turn him into Michael Thomas
AD mitchell next 💪
Let’s Bo!
He's 6'3" and 187 lbs, which could be a bit light for taking the kind of punishment he will take in the NFL.
Go broncos
Mr. Tez Johnson, Oregon Ducks.
Who put out this rumor that he drops the ball often
🤷🏻♂️
Denver Broncos LFG
Broncos with Bo
Denver got a steal in the 4th the nfl messed up
TD Denver....BO NIX to Franklin........has a beautiful sound ....get used to it Bronco fans...
Downfall of Justin Flowe
I belive he already did him Homie"
4th round a steal alright.
He's not good route runner he's a Weaver
Sounds like Denver got a steal
Supposedly a "Projected late 1st round pick" and gets picked in the 4th round... video loses a ton of credibility in the 1st minute
